Well had another bad experience here. This time went with my mom who wanted to get pizza for a family visit. Jasmine advices me it’s going to take 10 minutes for the thin and crispy that is fine I advise. 20 minutes pass and the couple that came in after me walks out with my order which was mistakenly given to them by another employee who had been sitting there watching the pizzas. I hear Jasmine tell her coworker that she gave the order to the wrong people and they laughed and the lady sat down and Jasmine walked off. No one adviced of the mistake. I ask why the couple that came in after me got their order before me and Jasmine begins to scream at me that she had said ten minutes and I told her it’s well past that. She kept screaming at me and even asked me if I wanted my pizza raw and gave some sad excuse that the top stove was out of order and that’s why it was taking so long. So I asked for my money back which then she mutters that it’s going to take a while to get my money back too. She begins screaming at me again so that’s when I start yelling back. I wanted a manager and Jasmine claimed to be a manager I’m not going to lie I can’t argue well in Spanish so I tried to take it to English and she muttered something under her breath disregarded me and went to address another customer. The floors are dirty the windows streaked meanwhile employees are sitting down not doing anything apparently not even paying attention then they are giving wrong orders out the biggest problem is this…why is Jasmine “the manager”yelling and unable to resolve issues? Read morePoor quality and service. I will not be back. This is the closest Little Caesars to me but I will not be going back. I have been there 3 times hoping that maybe the first 2 times were just flukes. Poor quality and service. I order the Extra most bestest and I received a regular pepperoni. I use the app to order. I finally questioned the man behind the counter about the quality of pizza. He said that there were more pepperoni on it than a regular one. I then pointed to the picture on their menu on the wall and told him this looks like the regular pepperoni, it did not have the extra cheese or extra pepperoni as described. I then pointed at the picture on their menu and told the employee that my pizza should look like that , covered in pepperoni where you can barely see the cheese. He then rudely asked me "when you go get a burger does it look like the picture". I told him "it should and this pizza did not resemble their picture at all" he just told me that it had more pepperoni and stared at me blankly. So I just grabbed my pizza and left. I made the mistake of not checking my pizza when they handed it to me, and I was unpleasantly surprised when I got home and ready to eat. The cheese was dry and the slices were almost impossible to separate because the cheese fused them together like a tough adhesive paste. My pizza was clearly left in the warmer for HOURS until I got there to place my order. They gave me a credit, but honestly, I don’t mind losing that credit as long as I prevent Atleast one person from going through what I went through. The manager didn’t even suggest any type of reimbursement. I had to ask her how she could resolve this.
