So disorganized and such a disappointment.
We went for their alpaca brunch and credit where credit is due... it has a fun vibe, the pic booths are super cute, and the music was ALL bangers ALL the time.
Unfortunately, that's where the positive comments END. Their staff were completely disorganized, and the same staff could be seen going to different tables across the building! When we arrived, we tried to place an order and were told - go to a table someone will be with you... LIES!!!!! There were both a waiter and a waitress going to the table to the left and to the right of ours, yet somehow our table was in some black hole, and NOBODY stopped to ask if they could help. We even said "excuse me" to a staff member who was conveniently hard of hearing and could not be bothered to respond.
After about 25 mins of waiting without service - we approached the bar to ask if we could place an order for drinks? They agreed and that took about 15 minutes. When we got our drinks, we asked if we could get the "pink tacos" that were part of the pre-purchased brunch price. That took another 30 minutes and were hardly worth the price aside from "meeting the alpacas". We still had hoped and asked for a 2nd round of drinks but again, the drinks took so long that we completely finished our meals. We left thinking we could go to just about any other restaurant nearby and get better service!
We left after waiting another 30 mins for the 2nd round of drinks that were never delivered to our table yet somehow, they still managed to charge us for that 2nd round!! Honestly, I wanted to love this place, but the service was HORRENDOUS, and I cannot recommend this to anyone who isn't already friends with the staff and might get...
Read moreFirst time there last night. I'll be honest, I absolutely loved the environment and the drinks! I admit I spent about $75 in drinks for my friends and myself. Left my tab open throughout the night and closed it when the bar was closing. When I was presented with my bill, the bartender stated "IF I WANT TO LEAVE A TIP", making an emphasis on "if". I paid with my card and looking at my bill it was like tipping was mandatory. (I don't like leaving tips with my card) When I just put my total as $75 on my bill and waited for my friend to finish signing his separate bill, a bartender started shaming me for not leaving a tip using my card, not only did he shamed me, but also offended me using the elbow body language for "coda". Since I was slightly buzzed I was just chill about it and paid no attention. I gotta say, when I bought my first drink I left a dollar cash tip in the jar. That was the only cash I had at the moment. As a customer, being my first time there that immature behavior is so rude and highly unacceptable. I'm a manager myself and if I ever caught my employees talking like that to my customers they wouldn't hear the last of it. That experience really ruined my chances of going back. I'm not letting this go at all. If the manager of that location allows such behavior to their clients slide, I wonder what else other customers have been put through.

Read morei made a reservation to have my birthday brunch here. i called at my reservation time to tell them i was running late and they didn’t have knowledge of my reservation and told me they were going to reserve it, which is lucky i called since it started filling up a bit after i arrived. when we got there it was supposed to be a barbie brunch, but nothing was giving barbie at all. no decorations just the customers dressed up. the regular decor is very nice though. lots of cute photo ops. the food and was very good loved it although i had a michelada that tasted weird and really upset my stomach which is odd considering i drink them all the time. the service was also very slow and the server couldn’t really hear us over the music. i feel like it should be a bit toned down for brunch in my opinion. over all i had a nice time, but i definitely expected more considering all the hype...
