Ok so on 3/2 I went to this store, I had called the night before to see if this certain store would have them and a nice guy said yes that they got boxes and they had the cups and that the store would open at 5am to make sure to get there early to get the cups because they didn’t get much, so I get there at 3:30 by that time there was 3 cars with people waiting so we get out and get in line, the other people there also said they called, one girl said she actually went in the store the night before and got same info and to get there early. Well 5am comes around and the store doesn’t open obviously we waited and at 5:45 and employee arrives with loud music and gets off his car and approached us saying “why are y’all here? Is it free coffee day?” He said it so rude. One of the girls said “oh we are here for the new release” he proceeded to say that there was no release and that he didn’t know what we were talking about but in a super rude way. He then goes inside gets his phone and walks back out side and said “my manager just txt that we got no shipment and there is no cups, go home!!.... oh and if you want my manager her name is Sierra and gets here at 9am” I was so disgusted by the way we were treated. Read moreI’m disappointed almost everytime going to this Starbucks. Three out of 4 times now we ordered Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew we get the regular Cold Foam Cold Brew coffees. What happened to the salted cream?? Does your staff know the difference?? Both my husband and I get the same drink and it’s so disappointing to get the wrong drink once he brings it home. You guys need training on making the drinks in my opinion. Once we ordered 3 grande iced coffees with 1 sweet n low each, instead we got 3 grande iced coffees with 3 sweet n low each... who does that??? That time we did bring the drinks back because they were not our drinks, but other times it was just not worth the trip back. I’m not a complainer, but the mistakes have have too many. I would like to not stop coming here because of its convenient location, but please please please give the proper training to your staff and get the drinks right!!

Read moreIt was 20mins till closing and I placed a order for 5 drinks thru drive thru. Each drink was going to contain cold foam. She took the first 4 drinks and didnt mention anything about not doing cold foam. When placing the last drink which is a pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam the barista says we cant make cold foam. When I drive to the window I notice they are running around putting things away so I automatically ask if they are able to do the cold foam on the iced white moachas with vanilla sweet cold foam and she says oh hold on let me ask....leaves window slightly open and asks about cold foam and they say tell her we dont have any. Really baristas. Charges drinks and they are the saddest looking things I have ever seen tastes horrible. Never will I go back to this McAllen location. STARBUCKS ON McOll and Nolana is the golden place. They replaced all the drinks and they came out 150% better all the way around. Thanks so much for putting customers first.
