Went to Karla's today 5-24-22 at 3:36 p.m. to get some earrings for myself with my daughter as soon as I walked in young girl with a pink coat was rude with me and gave me a look but I blew it off and asked her about some earrings she gave me a price and walked away I continued looking found a pair that I liked told the cashier that I was going to take them and paid, but I did asked the cashier to clean them because I was excited and wanted to put them on so I did. As I walked out I told the girl thank you that was rude to me and that's when she told me those are our earrings you can't take them and it threw me off and I told her I paid them already she again told me the same thing and I again told her I paid them, I felt humiliated because customers and employees heard what she said and a customer laughed it off and said she always walks away with their jewelry, I felt bad because the employees or manager didn't say anything to clear it up, I was in shock because I have never been thru anything like that. My daughter was very upset for me being treated like that when we got to the car she asked for the receipt and earrings and went to confront the girl that accused me of taking the earrings without paying and asked to speak to manager, my daughter told the manger what happened to me and that she needs to train the girl to be more courteous with customers and that she had accused me of trying to take the earrings without paying, manager said she saw the whole thing and that girl didn't do anything wrong but only defended the girl and said that I did try to take the earrings which my daughter said yes but my mom paid for them just give me a refund because we do not want the earrings and will never shop at the store again and they said fine. Would I recommend this place it's a BIG NO for me that girl was very rude and nothing was done to reprimand her and instead of siding with the customer after seeing how the employee treated me they sided with the employee sad and disappointed to say Karla's is no longer the store I knew when I would go shopping with my sisters for...

I didn't want to believe it BUT not even kidding; I went to NOT return a Christmas gift my dad gave me BUT simply to exchange it. I had already lost one of the earrings however found it and immediately went to Karlas to exchange them. They did not clip properly from the back so I said. ..hmmm let me go with the original box they were wrapped in and the little card "they" place in the inside bottom of the box and an original receipt. You would figure...ok they'll exchange! NO first off the lady was so rude and no ethics what so ever. (Smiles go a long way btw). She wanted me to also show the black card they came with..... I asked her what card??? are you talking about? So she shows me...it's the black label cartridge where the earrings are clipped to when you get them off the shelves. I was like...ok I DON'T have that since I was soooo excited to wear them and I didn't think they would be cheap like that to be defective I threw it away but kept WHAT everyone would think is the most important item the "receipt".
Ok well she said nope can't exchange them sorry. She offered to fix them after all that hassle arguing with me. You can't just exchange items with that famous...black backing.
What choice did I have after that crappy service they offered. I get what some of the other posts say about making feel like your purchase does not count!
My money might not make a difference but I will definitely spread the word to my closest friends and family before they go there and spend their money. No matter how little the purchase may be, I will definitely NEVER go back into that store after I pick up my earrings in two days.
I immediately txt my sisters and advised them and guess what? they were NOT surprised about what I told them.
It's sad the reputation they build with some people out there doesn't matter to them, but it's ok because for a store like that there is 1000 more out there that make up for the bad...
Read moreI cannot give this company a low enough rating. This is pretty serious as I have never reviewed a company online before. I ordered Pons from them on May 5, as their site showed them to be “in stock” while other sites listed the same pair as out of stock. I then paid extra for expedited shipping in order to wear them the following week. It has now been over a month and I have still not received my order. I have sent four emails to customer service and three phone calls. They stated that the shoes were in fact out of stock but that they would be coming in (over two weeks ago now) and would be mailed out to me immediately. No surprise I have not heard from anyone regarding my order and have still not received anything stating they have shipped. If you want to get your merchandise I suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. To make matters worse they are still showing that all of their ponds are in stock on the website. Before posting a poor review I emailed them about five days ago stating that I would have to review them poorly and in detail if I did not get any response from customer service about my order.
