McDonald's — Restaurant in McAllen

Honestly this McDonald’s used to be great but now it’s 🗑️ I’m going to explain 3 of the most recent circumstances why💀😂

I asked the girl for an iced vanilla latte, she asked me if I wanted the iced vanilla coffee. I repeated I wanted the latte, and she says, “so like the coffee right?”. I said yes, it’s coffee, but not the iced coffee, the latte is the one with the espresso shot in it (I used to work at McDonald’s). She asked me to drive up and we discussed it again, she charged me, then I was given a regular iced coffee at the window 😒

The second time I ordered a hot chocolate. I got home and discovered they didn’t give me a hot chocolate, it was just steamed milk no chocolate 😒

The third time, I asked them to charge me for 2 ranch and 2 Buffalo. I get to the window to get my items & the sauces are not in the bag. I told the girl at the window I ordered 2 ranch and 2 Buffalo. She said, “they should be in the bag”. I told her I just checked and they weren’t. She then gives me one ranch. I re stated “sorry I was charged for 2 ranch and 2 Buffalo” she then rolls her eyes, walks somewhere else to get them, then comes back and gives me another ranch and only 1 Buffalo 🙄 at this point I didn’t want to argue so I...

This is probably the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. We went through the Drive Thru. I looked inside the bag and noticed we were missing an order of fries. We waited for the employee to come back to the window. She proceeded to tell me we only ordered one and we showed her the receipt where we ordered 2 meals. She stepped away from the window then came back to say “they said they put 2 fries in there”. We gave her back the bag and said “there is only one”. She left to speak to the manager. Manager came out and was sticking to her guns that the person bagging the food put 2. The manager insisted that we were probably hiding the other fries in the car LOL. We told her “you wanna check?” To avoid all this back and forth she finally came back with the order of fries we were missing. We are honest people and have worked in the service industry. But c’mon, this was too much trouble for an order of fries that was missing...

I'm not one to complain publicly about fast foods experience, but this has been by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever visited. The guy on the speaker was incredibly rude and was upset when I asked him to repeat himself cause I couldn't understand him. When I pulled up to pay they didn't say anything other than to pull to the parking spot cause my order wasn't ready. I waited over 20 minutes, the line was completely empty. When I finally got my order, the guy bringing it was just as rude and didn't even wait for me to properly grab the bag for him to let go, and almost dropped the whole thing. He didn't say a thing and just walked away. I was missing a cheeseburger but at that point the hastle was not worth it and left.
