Janissa was the lady who helped me out at the front. Her attitude was rude form the beginning as soon as we got there. I came in with my mom and my mom was confused about the difference between the number 6 & 8, instead of explaining the difference she goes âitâs either the number 6 or the 8 maâamâ. So I told her, sheâs only trying to ask you for the difference. So then I read the menu and I explain it to my mom, even tho itâs NOT my job to do so. I tell her what Iâm gonna order and she goes âwhat sides and dressingsâ in the rudest tone. I asked her what they were since I was on the salad bar side and handing seen the menu they have on the counter. She tells me âitâs right thereâ in a raised tone and I said âokay rudeâ I see the toppings, pick them, and let her know. My mom gave me a comment about not wanting a 3rd topping and I said no that I didnât want one and the girl goes âokay calm downâ at this point Iâm very annoyed at her attitude and I get mad that sheâs telling my mom, who wasnât even speaking to her to âcalm downâ. I tell her âmy mom was talking to me, not to you, you donât need to tell her to calm downâ. She said âshe doesnât need to be talking about me thenâ and I tell her âsheâs not, but you are being rude. The store on Trenton is a lot busier than this and they never have this attitude.â To which she replied â well then go to the one on Trentonâ now as someone who has worked on customer service for almost 4 years, it pissed me off and I asked to speak to the manager, she laughed and left to get him. When the manager shows up I explained what happened and told him that was just no way to be speaking to a customer and he was very nice. But your employees need to get their attitudes checked, if you canât talk to a customer right or help them then get another job. When we left she was just laughing, in no world is that appropriate. Everything Iâve tried so far has been fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.    Read moreI recently stopped by Siempre Natural to only get a couple of beverages or maybe even two soda's! Only to be greeted by a full and friendly staff who welcomed me and my friend! They explained there healthy menu and my friend and I decided to by the delicious food! I've never ate at one of these restaurants! However now I am a big fan of there delicious and incredibly healthy food! I also challenge and invite all of my friends, family and all people to also go and try a meal or two at Siempre Natural with your family and friends as well!
