Im a daily customer of this starbucks for a long time, and everything i go i never have problems with any barista until a few months ago. THE LADY WITH BLUE OR PURPLE HAIR has been giving me attitude problems. To be honest this is my second time complaining about her to starbucks!! and it so sad to see she keeps acting very unprofessional. I have never had a conversation with her but my starbucks drink and me correcting her on my drink and THATS IT!!! The first time she started being extremely rude was when i ordered my drink through the drive thru, when i got to the window i kind of parked a little far but not too much. it was a still a good reaching distance!! when she was going to give me my drinks she made hard for me to reach it, and wouldn’t even try to help to give me my drink when i was clearly struggling!!!! she then proceeded to give me my second drink and did the same thing and with a smirk on her face that i was struggling and it got me so mad and i even told her “can you help” and she kept smiling. I called the store immediately to let them know had happened and im guessing didn’t talk to her because i encounter her again a few days ago through the drive thru and made sure this time i was close to the window so there wouldn’t be a problem. I had my boyfriend there with me and saw everything and saw how her face changed when we noticed it was me!!! When she was giving me my drink she shoved it in my hands really rough!!! I tried to return some unused merchandise and the cashier guy insisted that he can only give me store credit because it was the merchandise policy, when it clearly said on the receipt that I can receive a refund in the form of payment I provided. He refused to call a manager because the manager was going to tell me the same thing and I told him I didn’t care and to call the manager. He pretended to go talk to the manager and came back to tell me the same thing. Then he saw on the receipt I had made the purchase in New Mexico so his mood got a little more quirky and practically snapped his fingers and rolled his eyes and said I had to go back to New Mexico because all he could do was store credit and a fellow coworker of his was passing by and said “definitely store credit”. I felt these kids had no experience with customer service and are top dog lazy, rude, inconsiderate, egotistical, etc. Never will I return to this particular Starbucks. Read moreI just went there and there was a men at the drive through window that is no patient at all. When I got to the drive through My daughter was telling me what she wanted. He greet us and it took me seconds to answer, when I was telling him what We wanted, he interrupted me and said hold on mam and left me there hanging for 3 min I call him and said hello I am ready to order , he never answered back, i call three times and that’s when another employee answered back and took my order. I got to the window and he was there with a sarcastic smile. I paid cash and he took about 10 sec. to count the coins which was a .48 cents just to make me wait. He didn’t gave sleves on the cups I ask for them and make a face that he got bother. Apparently he only had one by the window and closed the window on me to go grab more. He at any time should not close the window at customers. He needs to slow down, be more patient and treat customers better. He is rude and sarcastic. He is just an employee there, he needs to have that clear without customers...
