McCall Taekwondo club has shown me many options for my future, I know now that i want to go to college and continue martial arts and learn more about it. McCall Taekwondo Club welcomes anyone regardless of ability or age. ( young children to seniors) The Club offers many classes which are focused, disciplined, encouraging, and fun. Master Angela Staup is an outstanding instructor and coach. She strives to bring out the best in her students. I participate in the Ladies Classes and Focus Classes. They have helped me tremendously not only with my overall fitness, but more importantly with my balance, flexibility, and strength following my knee replacement and my battle with cancer. In the short time I’ve worked with Master Staup, I’ve been able to develop not only a love for martial arts, but a fun discipline that keeps me motivated to continue building my physical and mental acuity. It’s also amazing that she offers many different online options as I am often out of town, or can’t make it to class with my inconsistent schedule.
