McDonald's — Restaurant in McFarland

I go very early in the am in the morning so I see kelly and the women who makes my frappes for me. And they are both wonderful even at 5 am. My frappe always comes out perfect the way I like it. I forget her name. But kelly is great too. I will actually do the survey the receipt for them. Only only complaint I have is when I come in the late after noon when all the kids are there working... something is always wrong. The frappee I love so much never tastes the same as they nice lady does in morning.. to when the kids do once there out of school. There is always something wrong with my order in the afternoon. I was gonna talk to Kelly about it but I dont feel like complaining about it at 5 am about what goes on after my 2 fav people are gone. So 5 stars to kelly and the other women in the morning. And just for them I'll take then survey which I never do but I like them alot so ill do it for them. Other than that sorry but the 2nd would only be getting 3 stars as everything is usually wrong . I honestly think its the teenagers running this place down after ready rest of reviews. Sorry kids but the adults in morning take this one.

Update: the lady in the front who does my order the best is Bonnie. So kelly and bonnie great job!! :)

Just a little heads up kelly is great but Bonnie makes mine perfect. I pay for extra extra chocolate chips and it is the Same as if I didnt get extrA. So bonnie by far #1 at making...

I used to love coming here because the food was always cooked well and fresh. I'm sad to say, this location has gone downhill since a year ago. I went there tonight. The guy on the order intercom seemed clueless about what he was doing. I felt like I was informing him about how the meal work 🥴 After I made a simple order (1 Quarter pounder meal (no cheese) I pulled up to the window. They seemed surprised to see me. The girl at the window asked me what my order is like 3 times. It wasn't even busy. I was literally the only person in line at the time. I asked for a sweet and sour packed as well. After they figured out what I ordered, they brought the bag and I looked in there and no sweet and sour. I asked them again for it. I got home, and took out the food. The fries were weirdly discolored. They definitely took the old fries, and through them back in the frier. Stale and gross. Threw them away. I went to then open the sandwich and it was a burger patty and cheese 😔 Not only it didn't have ketchup, onions and the other toppings, but it has the 1 thing I asked for it to NOT have CHEESE! I mean for God sake I told them my order 3 times! This whole experience was a huge fail. I guess this is what happens when you have a bunch of young high schoolers running the place. My last few visits had bad quality food, and wrong orders and didn't find out til I got home. Pretty frustrated and...

I'd give them a zero, but that's not an option. I went inside to order food. I had to use the kiosk because they refused to help at the counter. Sure there was a sign to use the kiosk, but they had no patrons, so they could have come to the counter. As I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I saw that no employee was wearing a mask covering both their mouth and nose. Yes people, breathing through the mouth and nose with no mask can spread Covid-19. There was also 2 employees not wearing any mask and one of them was eating out of the french fry bin with no gloves on either. I was so fed up seeing this, that I cancelled my order with the manager, whom also wasn't wearing his mask properly. When I cancelled my order, the manager looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and didn't understand why I was cancelling it. I told him that when I entered the building there was a sign on the door that stated that anyone entering the building had to wear a mask over their nose and mouth. I would not recommend eating here, unless you are willing to play Russian roulette with Covid-19 and any other communicable diseases spread...
