Ordered from Tutes bakery for my daughters sweet 16 and these pictures do no justice!! The tres leches cake was delicious and the gelatinas amazing. All the guest loved them. Will be ordering from them again soon!!..

CHANGING MY REVIEW!! I called to order gelatinas for my son’s birthday and the lady working there is the worst!! I had told her how much I had loved the ones I got for my daughter’s birthday and wanted the same ones. She went on about how she preferred to make them just one flavor because it was too much work for her and takes up too much of her time. I told her I would pay her I didn’t mind, she was just so rude. ITS YOUR JOB LADY!!! I was so disappointed in that and to top it all off she told me to do what I want she didn’t care! I had given this place a 5 star before but because of your rude employee that doesn’t care I wish I can...

Was in town performing at the vixen and noticed a bakery right next door. I never would’ve thought a Mexican bakery would be in Mchenry lol but i always make a thing that if i see my peoples working, that id support it! I walked in, a sweet lady greeted me and I grabbed an elephant ear, I didn’t take a bite til i got to the venue and settled down and OH MY GOD. DELICIOUS ! It was 8pm and i checked google for what time they closed and it said 9pm so i hurried to go back and was going to grab a bagful but unfortunately she closed early. I was looking forward to bringing some home and having it for breakfast for the next week . My only complaint was not being open when the hours are posted BUT life happens and maybe I was the only customer for hours. Regardless, I’m buying you out next time I’m hired back...

I brought my daughter for a quick treat. The lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and would not let me pay with my debit card unless I spent more, unfortunately I didn’t have cash. I have paid for the same items with my card in the past, but today was a different policy. She was rather annoyed that I couldn’t speak Spanish as she couldn’t understand english... I was going to leave, but a really sweet lady was there and she offered to pay. I felt grateful for the lady, but embarrassed to be in this position. I don’t go into establishments to feel worthless and will not be coming back again. Sharing to save a innocent soul from being treated...
