I quote myself from my review of the newest Kroger in this aria.: " I would like to say that this was a isolated incident but I get the creeps every time I visit a Walmart; anywhere." (Probably because I had such a terrible time at this store for about 20 years.) I had been going to this Walmart from when they opened till 2024 and it is the worst place I have ever shopped in my life. If you want to read more you will have to read my review of the new Kroger. I just want to write what I have been thinking about since I wrote that review. I think Walmart is gearing up for the Great Tribulation. The reason that when you finish shopping at the Walmart; you feel like the employees are spiting at you in the face as you leave the store is.: I think maybe they are getting ready for the Great Tribulation; when you can not buy or sell without the mark of the beast. I am speaking metaphorically to emphasize my conundrum.
This review does not apply the skateboard dude and his buddy's and the 2 African American dudes that I had the privilege to meet and befriend. I talk about the elder gentleman; that was about to retire when I first stated going there, on my political bog. He actually told me stories of how blacks were treated just after Juneteenth. I will never forget those stories. The rest of the employees were sketchy to say the least. I even experienced harassment by some of the employees of this store. If you have to go to this Walmart or any Walmart; my advice is not to talk to the workers, unless absolutely necessary. I think it is the way they are employed and the atmosphere of the place; that makes them all together ornery.
Also exempt from this review is Jessica and all her friends. I also liked the lady with the distinct southern accent that used to work the garden section. Also two other tall African American dudes one had a beard and they were cousins and the produce dude from South American; that I used to very much enjoy talking to about The Lord and His Word. When I meet someone like that it is practically a miracle. And this lady that looks like Maria Carrie that did the personal shopper job. And the pale skinned guy that ran the electronics, that I would shout World of Tanks to and he would laugh, every time. And the butterfly lady. And the heavy set south American lady that would always smile at me, when I spoke my broken Spanish to her. And Kenneth who I avoided at first but after observing how great a worker he was for a couple years, I admired him, very much. And the lady who painted flowers on the cakes and the middle eastern man that used to give me fresh bread. And one lady I met in the cheese section once who I talked about raviolis to. And the older pale thin lady that always called me Radman. I have a strict policy never to talk to customers but the workers are ok.
Also exempt is everyone in the automotive aria. I do not know how these dudes keep a upbeat attitude but they do. Maybe it is because they are separate from the store. And the nice loud talkers, the mid aged white thin guy with short dark short hair that pushes the dust mop and the African American young Christian lady with the long eye lashes. I even liked the scruffy heavy set African American lady in electronics.
I have been threw so many hardships at this store; too many to list. Here is a few.: Like when the water machine changed owners to Primo. Primo has the worst reputation of not providing good water. I simply had to stop buying it. Or when they remodeled and cut the store in half doing away with whole departments. Again I would advise not going to this store if you can help it.
I added this to my Anna review and thought it was apropos to here as well. This is something the McKinney store has no concept of, what so ever; except those exempt, mentioned above.: The customer is always right and the customer pays the employees pay checks. Read moreBad experience, and our loss. We went there to utilize our 15% discount card. Cashier Talat was great friendly and helpful.
We fill 2.5 card with some electronic, groceries etc. Casher see warning in system and was unable to scan more item (due to count max - as per them) - She call supervisor "KIM" and the drama start.
Kim force us to pay right away without scanning more item, so we loose 15% discount on remaining items. We suggested her that as we didn't scan bigger and expensive item yet, we like to avail discount on them, we request her to remove 2-3 $1 grocery item from already scan list so we can replace with important and costly item. But she didn't corporate, and force that item can't be remove, you must buy what you scan. ""Seriously? you are forcing to buy before payment ??"".. .
We thought for a second to cancel whole transaction, and scan important items first this time, so we can avail full benefit of discount card (15% was allowed in 1 transaction only). But that lady was not allowing us, and threading that she will take our card, and put item on shelve, and so we have to spend time again to pic items (we already spend lot of time to picks item - and kids waiting at home - we can't shop again from scratch)..
This end bad - we compromised to save time as kids was at home.
We waited whole year to buy those item on this discount - but this lady....
our discount car not fully utilize because of this crazy lady, if you have limit of max item per receipt, let us pick which item we need, or tell us in advance you have such limit.
She didn't leave until we she swap discount card. She was forcing either use discount card on items she want, or she will take whole cards back - so we can't scan item of out choice.
Very bad. If walmart management is serious and willing to investigate, I am attaching one of receipt here, you can see in video, she took payment in half scan, and did second transaction on few more item, and we left wiht remaining on belt. you can also verify with...
Read moreI Had a battery that would not start my car so i took it back to walmart where i had purchased it. I wanted to replace it but they said it had to be recharged, i asked for the manager who told me the same thing. I waited while they recharged it Which took foreve Upon returning it to me it felt very hot which i told him, he said that was normal. I kept telling him it was bad and i wanted to replace it He said it was fine to take it back put it in my car and if i had more problems to bring it back and i could get a new one at that time. I was not happy, i picked up the very hot battery and placed it back in my cart. At which time i noticed my hands were all wet and felt weird. We looked at the battery that was now leaking battery acid which i had gotten all over my hands. He put a white powder on the battery and asked me for my drivers license and disappeared after sending me into their employee restroom, which was absolutely filthy to wash my hands. I washed my hands with two different hand soaps and ran the water over my hands and it still felt like they were burning, so i asked what they did for this problem, One of the employees said they put the white powder (which was baking soda) on their hands and keep working, he put some onto my hands and told me to try that. My hands still did not feel right, I asked if they had a first aid kit, they did but not much was in it ???. I was looking for an after burn ointment of which there was none. I turned around and noticed that my license was laying on the counter, i put it back in my wallet. I told them i would walk up and see what the pharmacist had to say and turned to go there and walking toward me was the manager who had been helping me, he handed me some burn cream and said that was what he got from the pharmacist. He rang up a new battery i paid my portion, and he took me to loss prevention to fill out a report which took forever. They asked me what happened, i told them, they said i would be contacted which i wasn't, then i was free to go. My hands took about a week before they felt better. Longest battery exchange...
