We went to Target to buy a water pick. We were happy that there was a sale on one and of course picked it. At check out we did self service, it rang for original price 59.99. I flagged down a Target associate named Raya and told her it wasn't ringing the sale price. She responded, "well did you take a picture of it?" So I'm suppose to take pictures now of anything and everything I'm interested in buying just in case it rings incorrectly. And I said, " I did not, can you please have an associate to double check the price. " she did not respond and proceeded to pull up her phone to check the Target website to see if it was indeed on sale. At the Target website, it didn't reflect the sale price. And she proceeded to want to ring me for the 59.99. I once again asked if she can have someone check the price and verify. She then flagged down a coworker named Lexi who also pulled out the phone and checked the Target website. Who also then proceeded to try to ring us up for the $59.99. I said " Are you guys not willing to check the shelf for me? " No answer. So I said, Fine I'll check for you. Because apparently these two are not willing to walk over themselves or ask a teammate to do it for them .. she said "Ma'am were not allowed to leave our stations." But can't you guys get a another store associate who had closer access to that shelf to do it for you? I mean, I've had the same issues at other Target branches and other stores and I know they'd send someone to check it for them. In the end, I had to go do it myself and prove to them that I was telling the truth. Thats really bad customer service. It's upsetting. 1. Customers shouldn't be expected to go around taking pics of every sale item they are wanting to buy and 2. We should be expected to go back and prove were telling the truth. And 3. I can't be thinking at everytimes I go to Target, I am going to inconvineced this way or thinking that I need to be hypervigilant and mistrustful when I check out because I might be overcharged, or 4. the people who work there won't properly help me when I need help. Ps there were several times Raya didn't even acknowledge anything I asked her , just acted I wasn't even there. That's just rude.

My wife was just locked in a fitting room for almost 30 minutes. While she was trying on clothes, an associate came by and locked the door from the outside (yes, without knocking or checking). My wife thought the associate was just checking doors, noticed it was locked and moved on - but a few minutes later when she went to leave the room she noticed that the noise she heard was actually the associate locking the door from the other side. For almost 30 minutes my wife banged on the door and yelled out. She also called the store trying extensions for guest services and apparel over and over again (and electronics once) with not a single answer. She called me and I began calling both the guest services and apparel extensions with no answer. The doors/walls are floor to ceiling so noise doesn't travel so well but she could hear the phone ringing by the fitting room attendant and still no one answered. Finally after almost 30 minutes she got ahold of someone at the bakery who let someone know and they opened the door for her. My wife is too shy and kind to make a big deal of anything so she just left the store but this situation leaves her and myself furious. If it was an accident and took a few minutes to resolve, it's not a big deal. But 30 minutes and not a single answer on several extensions after calling close to 20 times between the two of us is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the associate going around locking doors without checking, not answering the phone near her, and not investigating someone banging on the door at the end of the hallway for almost a half hour. This situation leaves me absolutely furious. What is wrong with you guys? I called the store (called apparel again followed by guest services (no answers of course) then called the bakery) to speak with a manager. I spoke with Carlos. Very kind and apologetic however this doesn't excuse the fact that this was absolutely unacceptable. Attached is the photo of the deadbolt that got locked (lock on bottom). Pic is from the inside of fitting room.

**Target Review: Where Retail Therapy Meets Its True Potential** So, I walked into Target for one thing—a pack of socks. Just socks. Innocent enough, right? Next thing I know, I'm pushing a cart filled with seasonal throw pillows, a mini waffle maker, a $5 graphic tee that screams "impulse buy," and a cactus that I absolutely needed to complete my living room aesthetic. Oh, and the socks? Yeah, I almost forgot those until I passed by the pet aisle and saw a dog sweater that Willow *had* to have. Spoiler alert: She didn’t need it. Target is like the Bermuda Triangle of retail—once you're in, you're not getting out without dropping at least $100. The aisles are meticulously designed to lure you in with promises of cute home decor, affordable snacks, and that Dollar Spot section that somehow makes you feel like a financial genius for grabbing three items you’ll never use. The employees are always smiling, probably because they know you’re about to embark on a retail journey you didn't ask for. They're also weirdly good at finding that exact shade of blue curtain you didn’t realize you needed until you saw it. Let's not forget the checkout lanes. You get there, and suddenly it’s a game of "Do I really need all this?" Spoiler alert: You do. The cashiers know the look too—*the Target trance*—and they won’t judge you for buying a desk organizer when you don’t even own a desk. In conclusion, Target is less of a store and more of a lifestyle choice. It's where good intentions go to die and where my bank account goes to weep softly in a corner. But let’s be real—I'll be back next week, because I just heard they have a sale on those adorable, but unnecessary, kitchen gadgets. 5/5 stars, would accidentally spend a small fortune here again.

Disappointing customer service especially from target tech and guest service disavowing them saying they are a different entity. To a regular customer as long as they are doing business inside a target facility and using target POS system, it all the same.

I was in the store on Friday, 11/23 at 3 pm to buy an iphone as I accidentally dropped my phone and damaged it the previous day. I got into a waitlist system and was told that I may have to wait for 2-3 hours to get a phone. The person who added me to the wait list told me I should be able to get the phone I want based on what others in front of me was planning to buy, I waited in the store for 3 hours and then when I check with them they said they ran out of the phone I want. I am not sure how that happened since at the time of adding customers to the wait list they were asking the specific phone configuration, quantity and carrier. After making me wait for 3 hours at the store I left home.

At 7:30 pm I got an automated call from the wait list system saying I'm in front of the line and proceed to tech counter. To confirm I called the target store and connected to tech department. They said they have the phone configuration I wanted but will close at 8 pm so wanted me to come at 7 am the next day.

I reached at 7 am only to find that they won't open until 8 am. I waited outside the store for an hour and once I got it I was told they don't have anymore phones left of the specific configuration i wanted. When I told them about the phone conversation I had the previous night, they yelled at me saying how overworked they are and that it was a busy day yesterday. Then I heard them say to another customer that they were there till 11 pm the previous day but I was told they close at 8 pm. Then I was told that they would get another shipment buy 10 am and wanted me to come little after 10.

I reached the store by 11:30 am and was told the shipment has arrived and if I wait till 12:30 or 1 pm I might get the phone I want. I waited there till 1:45 pm and nothing happened. Every now and then one of the target tech employees would come and tell me that they see some packages being unloaded and it should be here any moment.

In summary here are my concerns. They were selling more than one phones to customers and not sticking to the information they gathered while adding us to wait list. This might have caused them to run out of the phone (if what they are saying is true). They should be proactive and tell me the moment phones are over instead of making me wait for 3 hours. The store staff should give correct information about store timing. They said they are closing at 8 pm when it was open till 11 pm on Friday and told me they will open at 7 am on Saturday when they would only open at 8 am. The staff at target tech don't have any customer service exp as they were giving false promises about phone shipment and made me wait for no reason and one lady was always yelling when asking questions because she was overworked the...
