Smokin Glassworks- McKinney — Local services in McKinney

IM STILL GIVING 3 STARS BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE WHO IVE EVER DEALT WITH THERE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. But anyways, i went into smokin glassworks today to find a cheap vape pen because im just waiting on shipping for a different one. The young lady who was in there was really helpful and friendly. The owner(older woman) was there also, she was unpacking some stuff. For starters, she kept chiming into the conversation that the young lady and i were having (rudely, with a hateful tone). Secondly, she wasnt polite to her staff either, the young lady accidentally misinformed me about an item, and the owner looked at her like she was from mars, ane began to tell her and i that we were wrong about the type of pen i wanted, if she would have listened from the start, she would have realized i was only going for cheap, because i was waiting on a higher quality one to be shipped. The young lady even had to apoligize to me for the experience as she was checking me out. Simply, the owner was just rude and grumpy and seriously made me consider my loyalty to this shop, i might drive the extra 15 min and go to retro...

I have dealt with all of the smoke shops in the Mckinney area. This shop by far was outstanding. I have high standards and do not give out compliments liberally unless someone goes above and beyond. In this case Alex who is the assistant manager at the shop, had to put up with me calling in four different times as well as coming in the store to purchase a product. I had a test I had to pass so I had several questions. She put my mind at ease, she was very thorough and straightforward. I recommend that you not bother with any other store. Alex has you covered. As a side note I had purchased product from Klowdz that they recommended and it failed, I followed the instructions to the T. When I called and spoke with the owner, I was given attitude and gibberish, he was very off-putting and dismissive. So at the very least do not patronize that store. I wish so bad I knew the girls name at the front counter she's so small and tiny and dark hair with one streak and she's the sweetest ever. You'll get everything you need in a one stop shop.
