Arby's — Restaurant in McMinnville

The quality of food and service have declined greatly over the last year. How difficult is it to understand that when someone orders a chicken, bacon, swiss plain that that means NO LETTUCE, TOMATO OR MUSTARD!?! My son and I went there last weekend. Ordered 2 chicken, bacon, swiss 1 plain the other no lettuce and tomato. When we received our food BOTH had lettuce and mustard. My son asked them to remake his. They gave him the exact same sandwich! So I had to go back in the store and demand that they remake it again this time the right way. The guy at the register (who appeared to be stoned) asked me if I wanted a plain chicken sandwich? I said no! That I wanted chicken, bacon and swiss only. Absolutely horrible service. It will be a long time before I spend my money at...

I couldn't be more happy to have gone here. It's been a long time since I've been and they have definitely done some upgrades. The establishment is well lit, in a good location, clean by standards (I didn't see a dirty table or floor), the employees were more than helpful considering we weren't 100% on what to order and the food was hot. Employees being nice and the food being hot and fresh are always factors on whether or not I will come back. A big thank you to their manager for making sure they kept the store clean. The line was long for drive around at 8:00pm, so I hit dollar general, and then went back. 1 car in line🤸, however, it would be nice if people would/could order in an organized way, not ask each person what they want and then relaying that order to speaker. There were 5 people in that car, well you can only imagine the length of time that took.😔 And I couldn't imagine paying what that woman did for fast food!😣 Mine was short, organized, and even with coupons, pain free for me and the girl behind the speaker.
