I'd give no stars, if possible. I went Thursday afternoon, May 5th. Not busy, but no one offered to help me find what I wanted. Too busy stocking shelves and visiting with the 3 customers that came and went after me. After locating the product I needed, I then stood at the register for several minutes before a lady approached me asking ( in not the same friendly tone) if I found everything I needed. I went into this store just yesterday. I wasn’t acknowledged or asked if I needed help. There were two women working and I was the ONLY customer in the store. I wandered around hoping to get some help, but nope. I even wandered up by the counter. One woman actually looked at me many times but still nothing. Finally I just walked up and had to ask if they had what I needed. The older woman seemed bothered that I was there. I will not be back to this store. There are better establishments. I fell in love with this store. The soups at the bar are vegan (when I was in there) and are delicious. All homemade by owners. They also offer smoothies. This was my first time visiting and I stopped by 3 times before leaving the area. I went a little shopping crazy lol because they carry specialty items I haven’t been able to find easily especially being vegan. Kathy is super engaging, warm and welcoming. I wish they carried vegan makeup too but I love this little gem. It will always be a destination...
