Very frustrated with my family’s experience at this ups store. My mom tried to ship a package to Florida and it never arrived. It said delivered to locker but our apartment never got the package, wasn’t in the inventory for check in (I receive an email with a QR code to obtain package once delivered). They took weeks to give us an answer- said it was delivered and that was that- then they mysteriously found it weeks later- blamed my complex for refusing the package. I’ve talked to my complex’s office staff multiple times and they never received or refused a package. UPS said they’d redeliver so I notified my complex staff for a heads up that it was coming again. Still no package two weeks later and my mom goes into this store and they give it back to her saying it was refused again. My mom picked up the package and it Still had the original print out and mailing slip on it (which we asked them to change) and no new postage. This leads me to believe it was never actually resent… again my office complex has an electronic ledger of packages that come in and out and nothing came and nothing was refused. UPS did not refund mt mom for the shipment and in the end blamed the whole mess on her saying it was our complex’s fault for continuous refusal. I’m sad that this has been such a frustrating experience with minimal help or customer service through this store or the online/phone customer service through UPS. Taking our business elsewhere...
Read moreI've used this local store for tons of things from faxing to shipping and always received great service as I did today 4-7-20 while returning a amazon package.... However I witnessed the most unprofessional employee I have ever seen at any business which speaks volumes.... after watching your employee Nick ( who in my opinion is lucky to be employed currently ) verbally scold the previous customer for not knowing the zip code where his envelope was going..I luckily got the other associate working that day... I then watch Nick throw next customer's envelope (package) onto back counter...surprisingly he did pick it up when it didn't land on counter... that customer left obviously put off by Nick's rudeness she said sarcastically "Thank you Nick!) So I wasn't the only one noticing his poor attitude.... the third customer he dealt with whose package was also tossed and she also had the joy of him throwing a pen against back wall about 20 ft behind him ... she even asked if he was unhappy he had to be at work today.... (Surprisingly he said NO!).... I will continue to use this location for now but not if Nick is working .... if I do find a more convenient place to go I will eventually go there instead since I think businesses will be competing for all customers if...
Read moreThey keep delivering my packages (2 so far) to Tualatin, I live in McMinnville. When I contact them, they say it was successfully delivered to the address on the order. No, it wasn't, and I have the screenshots to prove it as well.
My fiance, a postal worker, contacted them as well, and they claimed "don't worry what it says on the website, ignore that". He knows how this process works. The scanners they use to scan the packages they deliver are GPS tracked devices, so either the deliverer is lying, or they register my packages WAAAY too early.
Not only that, but a kind neighbor returned my package to me when she realized the package wasn't hers. So clearly not a "successful delivery".
This is ridiculous, my package being delivered to a separate house in my town, to only be registered as delivered in a completely different town, and get told "it was successfully delivered" after complaining of such and showing the evidence.
I will never willingly use this company again. I hate not being able to choose who delivers my packages. I'm going with USPS whenever possible, it's cheaper on the...
