McDonald's — Restaurant in McMinnville

UPDATEI placed an order on the mobile app for a Big Mac. Because it asked, I customized my burger with no onions and an extra slice of cheese, which I was charged for. Instead of the hot, fresh sandwich I expected, I got a cold stack slapped together with one slice of cheese and thousands of tiny rehydrated onions. It was disgusting and inedible. And of course, I was miles away before I knew any of that. I mean, it's McDonald's, is not like my expectations were high, but I expected to get what I ordered. What's the point of being given the option to customize, then given a code for that specific order, and the crew not giving a flying fig what order is handed out to the customer? The worst of the worst. Update 4-24-23: I don't know what possessed me to return to this location for a filet o fish. First bite dropped all the tartar sauce in my lap, the rest of the sandwich was dry with dried cheese, so I wonder just how long that thing sat around until it saw a victim coming (me). Fool me twice, shame on me. Won't get fooled again. UPDATE AGAIN 5.30.24: I really must be an idiot. Stopped by again for a double cheeseburger. Will now upload today's photo. This is ridiculous. And fwiw, no manager has ever reached out...

The most horrible experience of customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered 2 happy meals, a artisan grilled chicken meal, and a chicken wrap. 30 minutes later I get my order and I have the most deep fried grilled chicken i ever had so when they finally gave me my sandwich I just wrote it off as everybody has a bad day but after I get done with my food I go for my apple pies that expired at 2pm and it's now 11pm. I go to the counter tell the worker she goes to a where they keep the pies and they are all expired so she tells me there's some in the oven and I told her I understand because again everybody has a bad day every now and then. Then I just got left out the counter for another 15 minutes and the employee doesn't throw the expired pies away. Final a manager walks by and ask me what's going on I tell her about the pies and they still don't get thrown away. So i tell them if they want to serve expired pies that's fine but they won't be selling them to me and settled for a mcflurry for my daughter and I because I had been in there for over an hour. So I leave with mcflurries and they send expired pies out...

I like that there are two (2) lanes for the drive-thru 's, that sure makes ordering on the go so much easier, and faster and more of a breeze when you choose to order from the comfort of your car. Yes, I know that they have been out for some time now, I just never gave it a thought until Google asked if I wanted to leave a review and rate McDonald's since I was there (at the time of this review) 6 days ago.... and here we are. The rest is self explanatory and with that being said; here is the rest of my review.... McDonald's has decent food at a decent price, however, the only downfall I have with this restaurant is that they need to change their oil more often. I have had fries on many occasions that left a very heavy oil base on my tongue and in my mouth and it altered the flavor so much, it made everything tasted like cardboard.
