Wendy's — Restaurant in McPherson

I asked for a large 1/2 lemonade & 1/2 pink lemonade, easy ice... (They've done this for a few times prior and it was the way I asked) what they handed me was just lemonade. I told the kid at the window this isn't what I asked for, he tried to tell me it was! I said " there's NO pink in it, it's NOT what I ordered!" He took the cup back, shut the window. This gal behind him, shoots glares and straight attitude at, dumps the drink, scoops a full cup of ice and barely puts any pink lemonade in it. The kid hands it back, and she's glaring at me still! I said "Really, you're going to have an attitude with me, it wasn't made right!" She said " All I said was yes, it WAS made right I watched him do it!" I said "It had no pink lemonade in it!" She said "I saw that and fixed it for you!'' I then drove away... I was very frustrated to...

Quick fast friendly service , although I was asked if I wanted sauce with my nuggets which I did say I wanted and I did not get this sauce in my bag and didn't realize until after I had already left so I wish they paid more attention to detail and second checked things consideeung I was running late to an appt and my daughter will only eat her nuggets with sauce and I didn't have time to run back to get the sauce that I was supposed to receive in the first place. Saying this I know accidents happen and things slip by sometimes and don't hold this against the restaurant or the people working g there just ask for courtesy when asking if they want sauce make sure you put sauce in the bag if it is in...

I was there Friday bout 10pm, drive Thur was packed. So I figured ok cool, fries gots to be fresh an hot with this many orders. NOT! I tasted one as I always do in front of the window, they were less then warm an small and most were hard. While handing the fries back to the young man I asked for FRESH FRIES PLEASE! After a look of shock and uncertainty he shut the window and was talking to another gentleman packing food. I got another look of [REALLY)] I shook my head YES REALLY! I refuse to pay $25 bucks for fast food an except old cold fries. With a apology I was then handed another order of good, hot, fresh FRIES!! 😉 So I was pleased with the the handling and out come of my visit....
