First off let me start by saying I love Cabo Bob's would choose this place over Chipotle and that's saying alot because Chipotle my top places like this. Now let's get to why I'm giving 1 stars all around. I enter the establishment I go up to order and already i see something that's making me not want to eat there but I still try. I had two people in front of me that recieved dirty plate trays they make the food on. I wait and just see they didn't say anything so it's my turn I think hey maybe its just little food on the trays from making the food. ABSOLUTELY WRONG it looks like multiple people have eaten off of the trays and instead of taking them back to wash them theybjust put them back and reused them.. so now she is making my food I asked for a clean plate she looks at me in disgust like im asking to much. She went thru 12 trays from 2 different stacks and every single one was filthy . Not 1 or 2 trays 12 the guy in the back said put 2 foils on the tray so my burrito wouldn't touch it. Still I tried to hang in there cause like I said I love eating there but this was my first time at this establishment in sugarland off of 59 frwy. She goes down the line I asked for double meat of two different proteins and she caught an attitude like I can't ask what I want in my burrito that im paying for. I still yet again try to give them and chance and normally I would walk out anywhere if the plate they are putting my food on is dirty beyond a Lil food. So we get to veggies and everything still rude like im bothering her and that was the final straw I couldn't do it I left. This place was serving food on extremely dirty trays the line was filthy and not stocked and they were rude. I understand being busy and getting rushes and can't clean right away but there were 6 employees there and I was the only customer at the time ordering. They didn't wanna clean plates get the line together floor was dirty and they employees were just hanging out like they completed all task and they can just chill cause they weren't busy. Didn't see a manager or anybody to voice my complaints felt like if I would of eaten there it would of messed my stomach up to the point where I would be stuck in a restroom right after the first bite. VERY...

I keep trying to give this place a chance after my last review but I’m done. I have teenagers so I know how they act but you’re at work. Act like it.
First, I stand there for a good 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I’m the only one in line (except an employee on break who literally stood there in my way) while the drive thru girl (headset and braces) talked to the cooks. Finally, when the cook said “help her”, she turned around, saw me and kept talking. When she finally decided she was done talking she did start my tortillas.
I noticed a manager there (lavender shirt at the register) and she didn’t pay any attention to the 6 employees standing around talking while I stood there, Did I mention again that the young kid on break in line with me would not move so I could get my toppings? I won’t be returning, this was the final straw. I’ll take my business to the one near my job. This was after work during busy times. You would think they would be spending time prepping and cleaning instead of ignoring customers. ———————————— As a person who loves Mexican fare and could literally eat it everyday, I love this place. However, I find places like this and Chipotle disappointing. When you ask for extra anything, they act like it's coming out of their paycheck. If I am willing to pay for each and every "extra scoop" why get an attitude?
I love this place and I am glad they have a location so close to me now, but every time I walk in their on the cell phones, or talking to each other while I just stand there. Then you ask for an extra salsa and it's like instant tude. I'll continue to come because I enjoy the food...
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, we were greeted with someone asking if it was our first time and explaining the menu and how things were made fresh daily. First we tried the Deluxe Fish tacos, $10.99 for an order of 3. They were very filling and DELICIOUS!!! They had many different flavors of freshly made tortillas to choose from. The fish was a nice, crispy tilapia and fried to order, not just sitting there getting soggy. And they dont skimp on the fish at all. That mango pico and chipotle crema...NEXT LEVEL GOOD! They also have this mint tea that must get a special mention. After we tried the fish tacos we got back in line (yes, that greedy) to try the burrito. We got chicken and steak, double wrapped with buttermilk flour and smoked cheddar tortillas. The steak/chicken was SOOO good! I knew when I saw the bags of lump charcoal upon entering that the meat would have a good flavor and it did! Oh and if you are ever torn between black, pinto and baja beans...GET THE BAJA BEANS! They were so good I wanted a bowl of just beans and rice. lol I got two card punches in one visit... it was THAT good! Oh and please let me mention how friendly and informative the staff were! Sorry for having no pics, we were too busy eating. Chipotle, Freebirds, sorry but you wont be seeing me again. My good buddy BOB has...
