McDonald's — Restaurant in Meadville

I'm all for "new and improved" with businesses, but it's no longer the type of place I'd want to sit down and eat inside at. It's not appealing anymore. It reminds me of a businessman who got hooked on an addiction and lost his entire life and family overnight. Words that come to mind are "sad" and "melancholy" for design. But on a GOOD NOTE- the new staff are excellent so far. There's an amazing woman who used to be in my shoes and understood that why we were buying off the dollar menu in dimes and quarters. She insisted on buying us something to eat. Because WIC doesn't cover our daughter's specifically needed formula, all of our grocery money went to formula and our toddler's specific dietary needs. So we hadn't eaten in days. I didn't tell her this, but she knew immediately that we were struggling, despite trying not to look like we were. And the food wasn't bad, so don't get me wrong on it right now. Only reason I docked a star is because the nuggets aren't like they used to be and the fries aren't really that salted anymore. Decided to get breakfast this morning for my daughter and I through drive-thru and the employee TONY was taking our order, he was very rude to us and then didn't even put my order in, asked me three different times what I wanted when I asked him if he wasn't listening to me he said he was talking to another employee that he had to put me on hold? What!? I gave my order the forth time and he told us to come forward again very rudely. Then when I asked him for his name he rudely put his index finger up in the air like I was to hold on, he was just ignoring because he wasn't taking anyone then when I started getting loud asking for his name he then walked away and got a lady manager to come over and she didn't even ask what the problem was knowing she heard everything that was going on.... The whole store heard everything lol I'm not quite. She asked what I wanted and I said (his) name. She gave me it... TONY !!! I think it's ridiculous how much these kids get paid at these fast food places and they have attitude, disrespect, pure...

Absolutely disgusting but I guess that's the norm for weekend evening staff!! Walked into main door and had to stop in my steps as there was a huge amount of water and suds all over the floor. Like someone waa mopping and just emptied the whole bucket. No sign to warn of wet ( flooded) floor, just open door and there it was.....law suit waiting to happen!! I stood with my son, as we slipped over to order and the floors behind counter had broken burgers on floor, lettuce, cheese and a pair of tongs!! I asked the stoned, looking kid if they were afraid of some one coming into the door and falling. His reply was his manager left it there, he had to go out back for something and he, the manager would be back to clean up the water. I told my son "watch as you walk and I hope you don't get food poisoning"!! I would never recommend anyone to eat here and we will NEVER be back!! Looking at the employees working, you couldn't expect any better!! Maybe the health inspector should pay this place a visit as they...
