Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Meadville

I have been ordering from Vocelli‘s for years. I even was under the dissolution that I was a friend with management boy am I wrong I called to talk to a staff member recently about the quality of the food little did I know that they do not have consistency with the people they get their food from in other words you don’t know what you’re gonna get from one day to the next there was a time that I loved loved loved the pizza from Vocelli‘s not anymore. The manager informed me that I am no longer on their list because I called him about the chicken wings and I was long-winded, well I could take my $1000 a year that I have spent through the years with Vocelli’s and learn to make my own food as of today I have a new review I went into Vocelli‘s to see if I can iron things out with the management. It seems that they were too busy to listen to the fact that I do not want any of their coupons in my mailbox since hell I’ve been banned from this business I want nothing to do with the substandard pizza. I received my order on time. Delivery driver was very polite. The sub was great. The bread soft and delicious. However ( uh oh ). My delivery was incorrect. I don't blame the driver. It happens When I called for a refund the young woman was polite but had to transfer me to the Mgr., probably about the refund. I explained to the manager and she said the order was in front of her stating a completey incorrect order interrupting me. I told her to stop, reminded her that I was politely trying to resolve this as she began talking over me. She did this and the 5th time I growled at her and she hung up. Called back. Hung up again. Called back. Refused to answer. Called customerr service and will wait tomorrow for the supervisor to call me. NEVER had a business treat me like this!! But the food...

First time eating here and we ordered a stromboli and two gluten free pizzas, one with the gluten free crust and one with the cauliflower crust which they said was also gluten free so it was nice to see a few options. Both crusts on the pizza were perfectly done although the cauliflower crust was a bit more softer than the one that is listed gluten free. Everything tasted fantastic! They answered my questions about what was gluten free and were extremely friendly. We called in advance to have the order ready by 7:45 and it was done at 7:45 on the dot. Perfect amount of toppings.
