I showed up around 830 on 03/22/22. There were 2 people ahead of me and only 1 employee actively working for the customers. The employee was new as I've never seen him there before and i stop by often. After a few minutes went by he asked what my son and I were having. Considering he was the only one doing anything for the customers, he had to stop our sandwiches to get the family ahead if us, the oven was beeping. He was finishing up their subs and my son and I continued to wait. Along came another person behind us and then a family of 4. By that time the guy behind the counter flagged down the other employee who felt closing duties (cleaning the bathrooms) were more important than getting customers late night orders pushed through. Once she approached me, she asked if my son and I had any other sandwiches. I told her, yes, my son would like a... and instead of listening to me speak, she interrupt, rudly, as though it was a bother that she even had to make a sub, and say, "what cheese is going on this." I walked out. No food for us. This isn't customer service. If you don't like late night, which, I hardly call 830 late night, you shouldn't work it. I come from restaurants. Its a dang shame to see and hear people be so bothered by customers. Especially at a subway where you aren't working for tips. But maybe that's the problem, maybe she should go work for tips and see how much that bad attitude makes...
Read moreConsistently disappointed by this Subway location. It doesn’t matter what day of the week, if I arrive any later than 4 hours before closing, they are always out of meatball. This has been an issue almost every time I go there for the past year and a half or more. Tonight I arrived two hours before closing and they were out of all cookies except for 4 oatmeal raisin. The employees are never apologetic for the inconvenience of being out of what I’m sure are popular options in more than just my household. Due to the persistent pattern, I know that being out of items isn’t just a once in a while issue here, but a constant practice of poor management. Read moreMy husband just tried to go into this store to get himself some dinner after working all day. He went in an hour before they closed, and was promptly told by the “employee” on shift tonight that “he wasn’t making any more orders.” My husband kindly reminded him that they weren’t closed for another hour, but the guy simply said he wasn’t going to make any more orders tonight. This isn’t the first, second, or third bad experience we have had at this location. Something needs to be done about the absolutely horrendous staff at this location.
