I get it that good help is hard to find, especially in today's time, but THIS establishment needs some management overseeing their crew. I should have read reviews first. I happened to be in Mebane, and was picking up food for someone else. The girl working there, who looked barely old enough to stay home alone, was extremely rude to a couple of non- English speaking patrons ahead of me. She very sloppily put their subs together, slinging sauce and condiments everywhere with the bread knife. As she cut the subs, she literally left gobs of condiments on the outside of their subs. There was still loads of sauce and toppings on the knife. I had to ASK her to wipe the knife down before preparing my food. With so many people with food allergies, you can't assume that everyone wants the last guy's food mixed with yours. For someone with a food allergy to something on that knife, that could be very tragic. But she put my paper down on top of all the excess sauce and condiments on the counter, so we wound up getting plenty of residue from the previous orders anyway, even though I mentioned food allergies to her. Never again will I come to this subway the food was not right so I called 6 times in a row no answer i had 20 minutes till this store closed so I had no choice but to drive to the store. I walk in...NO MANAGER on duty.....i called the phone number while waiting in line to see if i had the correct number... YEP...the phone rang and rang as I was standing there...mind you 2 employees were on shift one was in the back and one was serving on the line. Still no one answered the ringing phone to the store. Once again my bacon was missed so the employee then took some bacon and microwaved it then put it on my sandwhich...ugh. i got home took a bite of my sweet chicken teriyaki sub and it was ICE COLD like they put the timer on the oven but forgot to turn the nob to heat the oven. Cheese not melted and I have to settle for microwave bacon. The employees of this subway should be ashamed of the horrible sandwiches they are making. I hope...

The first time I ordered online, they were out of cookies, and instead of offering a refund, they only offered a substitution for cookies no one in my household would eat. On top of that, when I arrived to pick up my sub, it wasn’t even ready—I ended up waiting 45 minutes past the promised time.
More recently, I visited again and couldn’t even use my digital gift card because their scanner was broken. Instead of manually entering the gift card number, they just refused to take it.
