Burger King — Restaurant in North Carolina

This is actually one of my favorite Burger King's to visit. They're always nice and friendly the food is usually always hot and fresh and I usually go through the drive-through so I'm not sure about the interior of the restaurant. But the outside always looks really nice and clean and the parking lot is free of trash and debris and such so and they're usually pretty quick about getting you in and out it's usually not much of a wait not unless you go right at lunch time then you may have to wait a little bit longer and of course with most restaurants now they're short-staffed and just have a little patience guys they're doing the best they can and sometimes they may not have but three or four people trying to run a shift so like I said just be patient guys. And the reason I'm giving it a four is that in a month cheese was not melting on my burger and I like that my cheese melted and I know from working there they're supposed to take the bottom part of the bun and put it in the microwave to melt the cheese yeah they do that oh, so yeah that's why I give it a four and other than that it was a...

The worse experience ever at Burger King!! I ordered online... Double Whopper with cheese & bacon...no pickles add mustard! I up sized to large so l got the onion rings & Oreo milkshake!! It is about 15 mins from my house so drive up to drive thru l pull up & it wasn't ready!! So I guess they made it as soon as I told them l placed order online. I asked for extra zesty sauce and they charged 30 cents for that! Something told me to check my bag before I left...but when l got home... everything was cold...they gave me a medium onion ring instead of large, milkshake was runny and my whopper was a single whopper with no cheese no bacon and it had pickles on it!! I was so hungry & disappointed...l wasn't about to drive all the way back!! I tried calling the store 10 times no answer!! So l am writing a review today!! I will share with you in the past I was always skeptical as the place was not kept up and employees were generally loud and didn't care about being there. Last night my son and I went into BK and ordered a Whopper Jr. My son wanted it plain. After we sat down he shared with me plain with cheese. So I went up to order a new burger and the person at the counter asked if I wanted just cheese and I said sure. So I took the cheese back to the table. Less than a minute later an employee approached me and Identified herself as the GM, she wanted to know if she could take the sandwich and make my son a new one. She was so friendly and polite. This had not been my experience in the past. She shared with me she started there 5 months ago. She recognized my work shirt and we had mutual friends. I will tell you I was very impressed with the new General Manager. Thank you for smiling. ...
