Do not eat here! Lets start with the difficulty in ordering plain shirmp fried rice with no veggies or egg. It took four attempts to just get rice with no veggies or egg in it. That should have been a red flag, but new to the area and just trying it out for the first time. I order one meal and ordered a side plain fried rice and add shrimp. It was suggested to order the shrimp fried rice as a meal, because it would be cheaper and add extra shrimp. Great right, HELL NO! I made the adjustment to the order as recommended and when I got home, it was not what I thought I ordered. I had bucket full of rice and six pieces of shrimp,6. The receipt had shrimp fried rice 14.95 and Hibachi shrimp 7.95 which is not a problem. The problem is the 6 pieces of shrimp, 3 Hibachi and 3 steamed and when I called the restaurant but they could only tell me how many Hibachi shrimps I was supposed to have which was five pieces of shrimp. I explained that's not what I had, I was told I did because she personally packed my meal and she remembered counting 5 Hibachi but did have a number for the steamed shrimp for the meal. A few more words and then I was accused of eating the shrimp before I called to complain, I'm done. The crazy part is she mad at me for miscounting. At that point it was a lost cause to get the order fixed. No let's eat what I have. The rice was under cooked and the 6 pieces of shrimp was over cooked, damn. I could have taken one for the team if the service was poor but the food was amazing. The food was horrible....

We got there at 9:20pm , The first redflag was the waitress barely giving us time to sit down and open the menu before she was ready to take the order and telling us she needed to get the order in by 9:30. It was our first time at the restaurant and since I am vegan I like to carefully review the menu . She came back 3 minutes later ready to take the order although it wasn’t even the 10 mins she said . I had questions about certain sauces that could possibly contain items that I have sensitivity to she just said she didn’t know and was too lazy to go check . Then when the veggie rice noodle dish came the noodles were mushier than mashed potatoes and even clumped and stuck together . I asked do the noodles normally come mushed together and was told yes because of the sauce which was a lie because I order rice noodles all the time and never had this issue . This was just poor quality food and even poorer service . I just picked the 3 pieces of broccoli out and 4 mushrooms and ate that . Read moreMy husband decided to surprise me with sushi for lunch at work today. He stopped by Asian Harbor in Mebane. We go there often and it makes a nice lunch. When we unpacked the food I noticed it didn't look like what we had ordered. Sure enough they had half the order incorrect. My husband had ordered the incorrect roll for himself but my order was wrong. When I called to let them know about the mistake the person on the phone told me that he had put the order together and that it was correct. I explained that my rolls were only half correct and didn't receive the crunch roll. He argued that it was in the container together. I explained that I know what I was looking at because I order the same thing every time I go in. I asked to speak with the manager and he wanted me to explain the whole situation again. He told me that the order went out correctly. after 5 minutes of this I told him the next time my husband and I came in they could pick up our dinner. At this point the manager told me he would pick up my dinner but not my husbands. I told him it was ok....We wouldn't be back again. The customer service wasn't worth the time and effort.
