Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mebane

At first I was having a bad experience, they did my order wrong and then a gentleman in the back that was in the drive thru all he could do was tell me sir we don't do that we don't do that, when I come multiple times a month and do the same thing over and over. I get the 12 pack with 6 crunchy and 6 soft shell... well when i told the cashier i said regular beef burrito and no beans....i want 6 crunch and 6 soft... please tell me why that cannot happen especially when I do it all the time. But thankfully the manager I guess, Miss Jasmine Jumped Right to Work and made sure that everything was corrected. That is how you handle the situation....Round of applause for her, please give her a raise or something and get rid of the other guy, I didn't catch his name...The other 2 gentlemen in the back also jumped right to work with no hesitation, wish I would have gotten their names too. Then the young Caucasian fellow that I'm referring to in the drive thru sarcastically says "HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SIR, SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT TIME..." Good thing we had sour cream at home to augment the pitiful smudge of it that we paid I think $0.65+ for each bean burritos we bought

The post concerning the pintos and cheese is a definite minor issue. Since then, I had a very rude customer service event, which has cured me of going to this location. Not quite sure whether I'll go to another Taco Bell ever again honestly.

My only gripe today was that I had ordered to pintos and cheese which is $6 worth in little bitty plastic containers hardly a mouthful for $3 I think from now on I'll just buy something else that has more volume to it but I also ask for pintos and cheese quantity two no red sauce and all I've got was beans picture to follow if I can post They will be making it right so there's no real complaint just try to make a ride next time

These people NEVER HAVE BAJA BLAST. I finally got annoyed and asked while picking my order up and the lady said “I order 2 boxes on every truck but they’re gone in 24 hours”. Do you know what that means?? It means you’re not ordering enough soda and you should order more next time. It’s not rocket surgery. I was a restaurant manager for years and if my store kept running out of things because I didn’t order enough, I would’ve been fired.

Get it together. I just want some dang Baja blast with my diarrhea fuel.

Speaking of which, are the employees here illiterate or just plain spiteful? The meat portions on their food are so small it makes you wonder if they’re just bad at their jobs or if Taco Bell corporate has cut meat portions by 90-97%. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with “extra meat” paid the dollar extra for it, and this is no exaggeration, there might have been a tablespoon of beef on the entire thing. Maybe even less.
