I continue to have issues with this chicfila location. It seems pointless to order on the mobile app and go through the "mobile-thru" lane. The people ordering in the "in person drive -thru" still get through quicker. Almost everytime I go through the drive-thru here, I have an issue. This most recent visit they completely forgot an entire meal from my order. The ice cream, that I paid extra for the strawberry syrup, didn't have it on it. Had I taken off without checking my order, I would have been deeply disappointed when I got to the house. There was only one napkin in the bag and NO utensils for the fruit cup or the ice cream. None of the correct condiments were in the bag. The spicy chicken sandwich was not great either, the piece of chicken was very tough and tasted dry.
From start to finish the time in the drive-thru was over 25 mins. You would think mobile orders would be priority over drive up orders, unfortunately not the case at this location. It's sad to see the amount of employees they dedicate to drive-thru service and you still cannot get out of there in less than 10 minutes.
I frequent the Chicfila at Brier Creek in Raleigh near my work. The longest I have ever spent in their drive-thru is 10mins...the average is probably close to 7mins start to finish. The only issue I have had there was incorrect sauces. This location runs the same model with the double lane, except it merges into one lane after you order in person or check in with the app. They operate smoothly with precision far from what you see at the Mebane location!

I would encourage the managers and assistant managers at the Mebane location, go to the Brier Creek location and take notes on what they do so well! Clearly what you have setup in Mebane, is not working and continues to be an issue. It is NOT adding any value to the expensive costs of Chicfila food! I might also add the food delivery service from this location is atrocious too. Just like the issues of them leaving stuff off of your drive-thru order they also do the same to the delivery orders. With all the additional fees they tack onto your delivery order, one would think they would take great care in getting the orders fulfilled to the fullest...
Read moreDebated on whether or not to write review after several days here goes: 5:18 pm, first time dining in at this location, the non-smiling, no eye contact cashier got order wrong. We ordered 3 combos with large fries and large drinks(spicy deluxe combo, club combo, 12ct combo, icedream cup) received medium fries(charged medium fries). Thank you and my pleasure wasn't said. We sat in a booth next to play area and waited for our order. Ordered arrived all fries were over salted(shook and blotted the salt off)both sandwiches were cold(cheese was cold, hard, not melted and bun was cold. I started to make my way to return 1 sandwich(companion said too hungry to wait for reorder) and a employee stopped me, helped me and she went for another sandwich. I got the remake sandwich and it was no better, I didn't attempt a third time. No manager made contact with us. Safety concern: Floors were slick with what appeared to be grease.( a trail from in front of restrooms to middle of restaurant and the door closest to patio). 2 male managers (name tag for one said Bryce) aware of floors, wasn't cleaned prior to us leaving restaurant. Women's bathroom needed attention(floors were dirty, stall doors dirty, toilets filthy, needed toilet paper, seat covers) Multiple(5)working employees in dining room, 2 were working and others were standing around or barely adjusting chairs. Some diners got checked on, some diners didn't. Play area window was extremely dirty, smeared with food/ice cream/condiment combo. Employees looked sad. Overall experience is not what we expected from ChickFila. We decided we won't be back to this location, we will stick with the Burlington location. Read moreMy daughter had a Xmas concert at her school and all she wanted was a peppermint milkshake after her performance as a treat. Since we were going to chick fil a we decided to eat too. We always order the same thing which is (2) #2 Spicy Deluxe Meals with bacon and Dr. Peppers. The cashier seemed busier listening to someone on the other end of his headset so we had to repeat ourselves more then once. When we said we wanted the milkshakes he told us that he wasn't allowed to sell us the milkshakes. I asked him if I could ask someone else then since he couldn't and he said that no one could. I assume that the milkshake machine is down and proceeded with my order. To finish the order I asked for chick fil a sauce, buffalo, bbq and honey mustard. He repeats my entire order and we pay and move forward. When I pulled up to get my order in the 2nd lane I noticed that they were making milkshakes and giving them to almost every car next to us. My wife was not happy and went inside to order (3) peppermint milkshakes and she said they had no problem making them. Very aggravating and not funny if it was some joke. When I got the food order both sandwiches were wrong. We didn't get the deluxe and I told the girl that gave us the food that both sandwiches were wrong and that we only had (2) chick fil a sauce and (2) honey mustard. No bbq and buffalo. we thought they remade the sandwiches and when we got home there was only one remade. How do you mess up our order twice? This is not the first time that our orders were wrong or we were missing something at this location. Chick Fil A in Mebane needs to do a lot better because Burlington is flawless.
