Subway — Restaurant in Mechanicsburg

The cookies I ordered were amazing! But, I ordered a sandwich that came out completely wrong, as well as ordering it delivered, and I never got a phone call about it. I emailed Subway and nobody ever fixed my problem or refunded me or anything. I got onions on a sandwich that I didn't order onions on. I got to the store and talked to the lady on the phone. There were a lot of issues here: one, when I asked for my sandwich to be brought out to me, they kept stalling and not working with me on this. Then, when the lady talked to the driver, I listened to their whole conversation while they were talking. That's really unprofessional: just put the customer on hold so the customer does not feel ignored. They are suppose to be open and ready at 9am here. I got in at 905 and they were still setting up. My bread was suppose to be toasted but the oven was not heated up so I had to wait. I waited but once she took my beard out of the oven it was still cold along with the chicken....my 2 footlongs were both cold when I asked them to be toasted the tuna fish had brown crust around the edge and I couldnt see what I could pick from the veggies becuase the lids were kept on.
