PrimoHoagies — Restaurant in Medford Township

I’m done with this Primos, and it’s a shame because we love Primos and live 5 minutes away, but now I’ll have to go to Marlton. These workers simply don’t listen. A couple weeks ago, they completely screwed up both sandwiches, as we ordered diablos with mayo and lettuce tomato. Neither were Diablos, and neither had mayo. Then today I ordered a tray which cost over $100 dollars for a party I’m having, and the three I chose were Italian, Turkey, and roast beef, and I requested a side of Diablo seasoning. I get to the car, and realize they did not give me the Diablo seasoning so went back in. Then I get home, and there are no roast beef hoagies in the tray. Severely pissed off and I had quite a few guests who wanted the roast beef. How do you completely forget one of the 3 options in the tray!? Train your servers to actually listen to orders, and I even ordered it in person, so they can’t use the we didn’t understand over the...

Young Lady behind the counter was coughing at a fairly consistent rate. She made meager attempts at covering them but, was very close to the food prep area and was definitely not covering sufficiently. She was only about 1 foot from the hot sandwich wrappers that were draped over the prep station wall adjacent to the register area. Not my idea of following food prep sanitation guidelines.

Hoagie was good but seemed a little light on the meats for a $15.98 Schwartzie Hoagie. Definitely will not go back to this...

Ordered online, waited half an hour, and went to pick it up. No one is in the store and I'm standing at the counter for a couple minutes till a worker finally comes up. I explained I was picking up and the worker didn't have the order and said it would be right up. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for them to make 1 sandwich and when I got back and opened the sandwich it was made it incorrectly, forgetting extras I paid for. How do you get a sandwich...
