Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a person who has worked in this industry at a very well known pizza place in Marlton, I would have made sure to accommodate the customer.

Long post, sorry! We ordered delivery at 4:30pm on a Friday night , they told us the food would be delivered in 30-45 mins. After an hour passed I decided to call to see if the delivery was on its way, they told me they’d check and call me back. I waited 10 mins with no callback, I called them and they said the driver dropped it off and a man answered the door. I told them we did not receive the delivery and I have 2 young hungry kids waiting for pizza, the guy then said we will redeliver it and hung up on me. I called back immediately and told them we did not want it redelivered, we wanted a refund because it was already too late and my kids would be going to bed soon as it was now after 6:15pm. He said fine we’ll refund you and then hung up on me again. Out of courtesy I did not call back again and took their word for it, I waited the weekend to see if we got our refund. WE DID NOT. I called back Monday to follow up, the delivery man and the person working that night claimed our house was yellow or green, it is not. They told me they could not refund us, they could only refund our credit card the day it happened. He then said they could give us a gift card and I advised I did not want a gift card because we don’t plan on eating there again. He said they do not do cash refunds and could potentially write a check that I would have to go pick up. In the end nothing was resolved and now my husband has to dispute this $78 credit card charge through the credit...

Their vegan/gluten free pizza is AMAZING!!! We had it at a friends party where I found out about this place so we had to go back and order! Wanted to throw that out there first for anyone who may be looking for those options. When I went into the shop today, the first thing I noticed was it was very clean and nice in there! Second was I immediately got greeted by the owner, Gino. He was sooo friendly and you can tell he truly cares about his customers and loves what he does. We live a little over 7 miles from the shop, which is their limit for delivery. Gino asked how far we were and said as long as it’s not on their busy nights, he would deliver for us. I thought that was so kind. But I would travel for this delicious food and to support this man and the great establishment he has created! The pizza is so fresh. You can totally tell they use all fresh and organic ingredients. The fries are the yummiest fresh cut fries I’ve ever had! Their food won’t leave you with that greasy feeling after you eat it. Everything is so yummy and fresh....

Order a buffalo chicken cheese steak from these guys.

The good: The bread is great as it seems like they bake it themselves. They also use chunks of chicken rather than the finely shredded stuff which is fantastic. The chicken is moist (generally). The buffalo sauce flavor is good but perhaps a bit underpowered.

The bad: There is not enough buffalo sauce on the sandwich, they use American cheese instead of blue cheese and when I requested them to use blue cheese instead they just put it in a cup instead of on the sandwich (which still had American cheese on it). Some of the chicken chunks were a bit overcooked. The fries were unsalted and soft rather than crispy.

Overall, I think they have a lot of potential to be my favorite chicken cheese steak in the area but drop the ball on too many things to keep me...
