Don't order online! I ordered and paid online and it said my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there at that time, the cashier, I believe she is the owner, wrote down the items from my order on a new ticket and told the people in the kitchen to make it. She didn't say anything to me. So I asked a nearby worker what's going on and she said that their internet was down so they didn't have the order. I asked how long it would take and she said ten minutes. I waited for half an hour more in awkward silence. None of the employees made eye contact with me or apologized or anything. I'm not one to complain but the way they went about it made it really challenging. Very nicely, I said I realize it's not their fault but it was a big inconvenience for me and I asked the girl if I could get a discount since it took twice as long. She was the only one who could speak English but said she was not authorized to do that and I had to ask the owner. I asked if she could help me since I don't speak Spanish. The owner told her to give me two coupons (the kind that people have it for free that offer a discount after you pay for something). The girl said that's all they could do. It was really just very rude to have handled...

I'm giving you one star. Your food is very good however you made a very very big mistake. My wife ordered the mangonado. This drink contains mango. The mistake you made was substituting mango puree with strawberry. Before you mixed this drink this way you could have walked back to our table and let us know that you ran out of mango puree and that you would like to substitute it with strawberry. My wife would have told you immediately that she is highly allergic to strawberries. However you didn't do this you just brought the drink to the table and my wife took a big drink of it. My wife instantly realized that something was not right with this drink. We then asked you if this has strawberry in it and then you explained why you substituted it because you ran out of mango puree. This is unacceptable anywhere anyone eats. Food allergies are a big deal and you should be very aware of those types of things if you're serving food. This kind of mistake could have put my wife in the hospital. And we might have to make a visit there today...

We have never eaten at this location as we ordered through Grub Hub. With that in mind, the food delivered may be presented differently if we had been served IN the restaurant. We chose this restaurant because of the ratings and reviews. However, the pictures and descriptions of the items we ordered , were definitely not what we actually received from Door Dash. Drastically different. For example, we ordered the 3 orders of the Ensalada de Pollo. Instead of romaine, cherry tomatoes, a green verde sauce, and cheese. We got what resembles the ingredients for a hamburger, no sauce and iceberg. We also ordered 2 of the enchiladas meals. Again, very different from the description and the pics. Very little to no sauce or cheese. We want to also add that we paid 80$ for the meal, which would have been totally worth it if we would have received what we ordered, but...
