Poke-Hana — Restaurant in Medford

We tried Poke Hana today for the first time. I ordered the Hana bowl my husband ordered the Volcano bowl. The food was delicious but the portions for the cost could use some adjusting but mainly the gentleman behind the counter just wasn't friendly at all. It was our first time and we're made to feel as if we are annoying him for being there. Any question we had was met with an annoyed look from him and just no feeling of appreciation for new customers and possible long term customers. The food was delicious some of the ingredients for toppings were pushing expired tasting or taste like the refrigerator You know when onion sit too long. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience food was good but feeling like you're annoying a business owner or whoever the gentleman was behind the counter just because we're new and ordering was very unfortunate so we won't be...

Edit: They now have musubi pre-made and ready to go at the end of the counter so I'm back! Thank you! I go every day on my lunch now and they're pretty much responsible for keeping me alive. :p

Went several times when they first opened, despite some incredibly awkward customer service interactions. All I wanted was the spam musubi and I stopped going after several times being told they were too busy to make it. I had an amazing time at the local poke bowl restaurant. The food was fantastic, with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The owner's exceptional hospitality made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious poke bowls, great value, and exceptional service. I can't wait to go...
