I've been to multiple boxing gyms across the nation, never once have I been to one so unsafe and unprofessional! Parents, do not take your kids here. As a certified USA boxing coach I fully understand the rules to this sport. They set weight classes and age groups for a reason, they design gloves at different weights for a reason. I love this gym, the membership is cheap and you get the best workout possible. It's like having a personal trainer while learning to fight and relieve stress. The environment is very welcoming. There are men and women of different ages and backgrounds, training for different goals. As an Army vet I love to push myself, and I really get to with these workouts.
