Marshalls — Local services in Medford

If I could rate Marshall’s no stars i would, the manager named “Rachel” is by far the most awfully rudest lady, I felt extremely offended that I was told to leave the store because my daughter who has autism was acting out, it took me awhile to calm her down I did leave the store but will not come back ever again. The fact I could not explain was very sad to me I hope you all read my review and realize your losing more customers from the way you mistreated not only me but many more customers that have children with autism I dislike the way you said it I do not like the attitude you told me to leave the premises with my daughter it was more difficult both of my daughters don’t even walk was more challenging the humiliation I felt was terrible, I won’t stay quiet about how Marshall’s made me feel I hope no other parents who have children they have to calm down get treated the way I did get kicked out of the store because some children don’t know how to react to new things and it’s...

This store is clean, bright, organized, and the staff is friendly. I usually find at least one thing that I don't need here. I took away just one star for selection, as I think it could be just a wee bit better.

EDIT (and excerpt from my other review on TJ Maxx): My only complaint is that degenerate slobs and thieves often steal or destroy the beauty products. I will be looking over their selection, only to find broken makeup, empty boxes, etc. This is extremely disappointing, as it's often a nice product that I would have purchased, had it been intact or present. I think they could do a better job of securing these products to eliminate shrinkage and allow makeup junkies like me to actually BUY...

Recently was buying halloween pajamas and a pumpkin candle. My hands were full and one of the gentleman offered to get me a cart. I did decline because I knew I would surley spend more than I was bargaining for, but I appreciated the offer. It would have saved me a trip to the front with my bad right foot. I love this place, how could you not, the store is full of the cutest things. It is one of my favorite spots in town to wander around. Even the females at the dressing room offered me her advice on some items that I was thinking about twice. Without my sister there I needed a spare opinion and as always it was there.
