If I could give 00000 I would. Placed pick up order hr in advance. We pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and no one said anything for a few minutes until I finally said hello and then someone very rudely replied that they were busy there was only three of them and they would be with us in a little bit. The car behind us honked their horn and a female came on the speaker and rudely asked if we were honking at them I replied no it was the car behind us and they didn't say anything else. A few more minutes went by and then a male came on, we said we were picking up an order and that we wanted to order something else and we were told that we were not allowed to add to our order so we had to inform him that we were placing another order for two birthday pies. He told us the total, we pulled around to the window. he was frowning said nothing other than $4.98 which was the total. took my debit card and did not offer me a receipt, or give me a receipt. we asked for his name because of the rude service and he said he didn't have to give us his name that he didn't have to give us the manager's name or anybody else's name because we're not the police. These never we’re polite to start. Maybe they were having a bad but don’t have to take it out on us! Never gave us a receipt which is your policy! Never offer a crown, never said you you rule or never a never a smile!nor even thank you come again. Slamed the window on our faces. I do hope this gets seen and either the gm or corp fixes this. This is not cool, your morning crew treats your regulars way better food and guest service. I’m in the customer service industry and completely appalled at these attitudes of the managers most of all on this shift sat 6/22/24 8:15pm and large heavy set bearded fellow staff member at the drive...

Bottom line: lives up to the expectations set by the commercials, although it's still hard to determine if it truly outdoes the classic Whopper.
I'm sure by now we've all heard the tales of the wonderous "new" chicken sandwich by Burger King, and how people are raving it's the best thing on the menu. Surely if you hear the words "RUN KING! RUNNNN" one more time, your ears may very well fall off.
If you, like many others, are wondering if it truly lives up to the ads raving lunacy, then the answer is simple; yes. The "new" chicken sandwich is possibly one of the best chicken sandwiches you can find for a semi-low price of $4.50 (or $5.75 for the meal) at a fast food restaurant. However, at least to me, it's not the delicous chicken that really sells this as "better then the whopper." On this new delicacy, comes a strange sauce I've never tasted before, something like a spicy mayonnaise, but a little better. I was not expecting this nor did the ads hint it would have such a thing on it. However, without the said sauce, it would simply be an oversized chicken sandwich, but with it, it really changes the whole flavor; and for the better.
Now, I wouldn't say it's better then a classic chicken sandwich, but it's different, and in a world of repetition, that is sometimes a good thing. Overall it was an excellent sandwich, and big over all too.
As far as the restaurant itself, you can't go into a fast food place with high hopes of quality dining and excellent service. But I was presently surprised to see smiling faces and helpful servers ready to take my order. Compliments to the fast paced chef 👏
Overall, a great chicken filled...
Read moreMy experience at Burger King on 8/08/19 store # BK 4554 order # 6965390 in Medina Ohio is unacceptable.
I ordered two sandwiches from the mobile app and when i received the order it was wrong.
When i went into the restaurant and brought it to the attention of the girl at the counter the cooks in the back were using foul language and said that it wasn't their fault and "We did it the way the customer wanted it and we aint remaking it"
So the manager came over and said the mistake was made in the app. So I asked for a refund and was told "If you want your refund then get through the app." and she went on to say "The app messed your order up so get your money back through the app" So I left the store empty handed so I called the 866 customer service number and was hung up on 2 times while describing what happened. I've since spent 2 hours of time on the phone trying to get a refund. I keep getting the run around and promised call backs that never happen. One rep told me to email the BK Mobile app so i did and after several back and forth email this response from Rakesh Shah (BK Mobile) was: "The store does have the ability and responsibility. However, if they don't know how, the other options would be for you to contact your bank and reverse the charges or call Burger King Customer Support team" Can you believe that? He suggests that I contact my bank and do a charge back against your company? All this over 2 burgers costing $4.49. If I didn't experience this myself then I wouldn't think it...
