If you buy supplements or in my case allergy powder, the products are not guaranteed and you cannot return them. So you are stuck if your horse won't eat it. Of course it's the manufacturer of this product that isn't guaranteeing it, so the store owner can't take it back and I do understand that. But I do want other equine people to know the supplements are not guaranteed. There are other retailers out there that do guarantee the products, so best to order those types of items from someone else.
When I called the store to ask about it and I politely explained the situation, the owner's response was. "well my horse eats it and she is a picky eater"... and??? What was the point of that comment? Was she accusing me of lying about it, or was it just a dig at a customer. It was a pointless statement, that had nothing to do with my horse. Good for you, your horse ate it. Well mine did not. I will not return to this store due to the attitude of that...
