Geppetto's Pizza & Ribs — Restaurant in Medina

Went to make an online order - saw exorbitant "service fees." Downloaded the app - went to order there more service fees and items on the app, weren't on the menu online. A few items didn't have a description at all (Mexican corn or Cleveland kraut).

I wanted to order the kraut, but didn't know if it was just a side of sauerkraut or sauerkraut balls. We did try the Mexican corn and a medium cheese pizza with sweet sauce. The Mexican corn was tasteless and not good. It literally tasted of mayo with paprika. No cotija cheese, no cilantro, no lime in sight. Very disappointing. The cheese pizza was ok. The sauce was REALLY sweet, like there was a little too much sugar in it. Kind of like tomato candy if such a thing exists.

Service was great. I ordered over the phone. The young lady was polite and all employees were polite when I picked up. I will order again to try something else because the service was...

First time trying this place and did not disappoint! I ordered a Philly steak pizza, cheesy bread, and a side a tater tots. The Philly steak pizza was amazing. My bar is pretty high because I think Samoskys has the best, but this one rivals it. The toppings were plentiful and it was just delicious all around. The cheesy bread was delicious as well. Very cheesy and the sauce was the perfect combo with it. The tater tots were the only thing that somewhat disappointed. They were really really good, but the amount you get for the price is very ok. That being said, the seasoning on them is great. I would want to order them again, but for the price, I might skip it. Overall, it was excellent. HIGHLY recommend the Philly...

I normally don't review on here. But my fiancee and I went to my mom's she ordered A bacon and pepperoni pizza and ribs. from geppettos. It came out to about $42. When we got the pizza the top half of it was black. So my mom called and told them that the pizza was burnt, most of it wasn't even edible. The guy told her on the phone that's how bacon came out on the pizza. Yeah no I've had pizza alot definitely not and the guy got a nasty attitude with her and said she was being aggressive. Just to find out he was manager. She didn't even want another pizza just a refund. Never ordering from that...
