Worse drive thru experience. I use to work at a place that has drive thru as a teenager so I believe my ordering skills aren't confusing. I asked for two pretzel sliders and they only put in one order. When asked for egg bites she thought I said egg whites. She asked egg whites or bacon? I said the omelette egg bites bacon. Then explain I wanted two sliders which she put in. I ordered two donuts and chocolate milk. I get to window she takes my card and doesn't tell me the price. Then another lady asked you wanted two omelette bites? I said no two pretzel sandwiches. She then takes my card and asks if I want cash refund instead, I say fine. I get one pretzel sandwich and omelette bites. She looks at me and says can I help you? I say yes I don't have my whole order. I wanted another pretzel sandwich and I am missing my donuts. She gives me the donuts and I say I'll just go to another DD for the rest of my order. I leave and realize I am missing my chocolate milk. I go into the store and tell them and another lady asked if it was an online order, I said no drive thru. She hands me the milk, I asked can I have a receipt, I don't even know how much I was charged. The lady says just take it even if you weren't charged don't worry about it. I say no I just wanna receipt so I can see what I paid for and how much. The lady then yells at me and tells me that she's not the one that took my order and just take the milk. It doesn't matter if I was charged or not. I said I'm not trying to find out if I was charged I just would like a receipt, the other two ladies go and I hear them yelling. What did she order? Clearly they have no idea what I ordered and either do I since everything is screwed up they go back-and-forth. They can't find my receipt so I just throw my hands up in the air and say I'm done and I walk out. I will never go back to the Dunkin' Donuts. The women in there have no idea what they're doing and have no right to be yelling...
Read morehonestly i dont even think this store deserves one star.. This place is just ridiculous. I have lived in medway about a year and a half now and I am quite the frequent visitor to dunkin donuts. this particular store has never, not once gotten my order right. No exaggeration. I stopped going to this store for a while when my husband had gone and ordered a caramel swirl coffee coolatta for me and returned home with a coolatta with no cream no milk just caramel swirl in the mix. I myself took it back and very politely asked for a new one and the young man that took it from me looked at me like I was crazy, and I was annoying him, and then proceeded to talk to me like I was ungrateful and needy. I dont think any employee of any place should ever talk down to a customer and its disgraceful. I went there for the first time in a couple months today and of course I get the wrong donuts and my coffee was horrible. yet again. I used to work for dunkin donuts couple years ago, so I understand the stress and making mistakes, but in my store, management actually did something about it and fixed the issues and helped the employees improve. It is not rocket science. I worked in one of the busiest stores around here and there wasnt even half the mistakes made as this place. they need some serious training in listening to the customers and being polite, if u you dont like people, dont work in customer service. Needless to say I will not return here again, and I advise anyone to go somewhere else unless they want a...
Read moreHorrible, brought a coffee in from another Dunkin because the cup was leaking. (Not the Medway Dunkin's fault) I asked very nicely if they minded getting me a new coffee because the cup was leaking. Nice women at the cash register started making me a new coffee. Then this older lady with long grey hair approached her and asked what she was doing. She said she was making me a new coffee because the cup was leaking. The older women turned and looked at me and asked when did you come in or go through drive thru. I started explaining to her it was from another store. She then turned around and told the cashier to just dump the old coffee into a new cup instead of making me a new coffee. At this point she had already put the equal in a new cup. The older women through the cup away with the equal in it, grabbed another cup and poored the old coffee in it and handed me the cup. I said ok thanks, and she said "what" I then said well the coffee is cold at this point. She then turned around and said well that's not my fault. Honestly no need for the attitude and really it probably costs the company $.50 for a cup of coffee and you just waisted equal and a third cup...
