I ordered delivery. I was given a out an hour wait time which was fine. After about 45 minutes I received a text to track my order. It showed it was already delivered to my house but I did not have any food yet. I waited about 15 more minutes just in case of a technical issue. Still no delivery. I called the store and sat on hold for 7 minutes. The employee came back and said that they didn't have any drivers so they were using door dash and could not contact the driver to find out where the order was. He did offer a refund but I offered at that point to just come get the order if they remade it. I was told it would take 15 minutes. I arrived in less than 15 minutes and the food was already in a warmer. The employee did apologize and offered a free soda, which I declined. I got back home with the food which is 5 minutes away. When I opened the boxes it was clear the order was the original order and had been sitting there for a while. It did not seem like it was fresh. I don't think it was remade for me but I am just assuming. I even left a $7 tip for the order for delivery but I feel like my order was forgotten and I may have been lied to about the driver just not delivering it...

I call in they tell me to come in 10 minutes, I go in, give them my name and the ditzy girl running the cash register immediately has no problem taking my money. Not to mention she has some kind of skin irritation exposed which almost made me lose my appetite. Any way I see my order come out and the girl retardedly puts it in the order container. At first I thought maybe it's not my order, the girl knows what she's doing. Well when people who walked in after I did we're getting there food and over a half hour rolls by, I decide to finally speak up. She realizes her mistake and was all like ohh I'm sorry. Your sorry? It's your job to remember customers names and orders. I also give honorable mention to clueless manger who was dressed in casual clothing mind you and was flirting the whole time with the assistant manager who wasn't doing anything except checking on the pizzas. They were obvlious to the whole situation. Luckily there food speaks for itself, otherwise that place would be out...
Read morePapa Gino’s as a whole has definitely been going downhill, but particularly, the Medway MA location has left me in a state of dissatisfaction. My wife always orders Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, but she always asks to replaces the grilled chicken with cut up chicken tenders, in which Papa Gino’s says it will be an up charge but they can do it. Tonight, we ordered, but now they claim they can no longer fulfill this request because there is no option in their system to make this substitution, even though there is options for No Grilled Chicken and then add Chicken Parm. When asked “Why did no one try and call us to say they could not fulfill this request and why weren’t we told this when we made the order?” The manager, who was extremely rude, shifted the blame onto the person who took the order because they were new. When we asked for a refund, he wouldn’t give it to us unless we brought back the food. Needless to say we will be not going back to this Papa Gino’s location and might never order from any Papa Gino’s ever again after...
