Visited this place while my car was getting maintenance at the Firestone a few minutes walk away. It's a pretty good pizza and sub spot with their firebrick oven that makes their dough super soft and cooked to perfection. The servings are good for a lighter meal and aren't too overly excessive. Between the pizza or their subs (Panuozzo), I'd go with the subs actually because they use the same dough for the pizza and still cook it in their special oven. I ended up getting the Polpette e Provolone Panuozzo which was really delish with solid meatballs and flavor. Great for a lunch portion and the thin dough with the slight chew made it great. I wished there was a little bit more arugula on the side instead of garnish because it paired very well too. I also wanted to try out their pizza and got the Napoletana because it sounded interesting. Anchovies, olives, and cheese. It was definitely something unique and a strange combo and am not quite sure if I liked it, but I did enjoy the variation in saltiness from the anchovies and olives. I probably wouldn't get it again, but would get a more traditional pizza instead like a normal person lol. The vibe is pretty simple and laid back and service is friendly too. Oh! And Happy Hour is 3-6 pm on drinks! Great pours on the wines!!

This was our first time trying Manny's and both my wife and I both agree we will be back. I have tried a few of the wood fired pizza restaurants in the area, but am always left unsatisfied and unsure what the hype was all about. Manny's changed my mind. I always order a marghetitta pizza since it's simple and let's the dough shine. The dough was crispy on the bottom, yet very tender and and almost buttery in flavor. The wood smoke and heat gives the dough a perfect crust that is crispy but still delicate enough to bite through without pulling or tearing it off. Cheese was fresh mozzarella not the shredded cheap stuff that is full of anti-caking and anti-clumping agents. You can def taste the difference when fresh and imported ingredients are used to prepare your meal. All in all, it was a delicious clean bite that let's you know why neopolitan pizza is so famous!! I consider my wife and myself foodies, and we love to try local new restaurants. This one was definitely worth the visit. Very clean dining area, and the meal was an experience. Very laid back and a cozy atmosphere. Also ordered caprese salad and the calamari for appetizers and both were delicious. I could go on about those too, but the focus here was the pizza and is definitely worth trying! We will be back!

I have driven by Manny’s Cucina Napoletana many times and always meant to stop in, and I finally made it on a Tuesday night. The experience was a bit of a mix. When we arrived, we stood at the host stand for a while as servers passed by before someone acknowledged us. Service throughout the evening was quite slow, and our waitress explained at the end that they were dealing with a new point-of-sale system, which may have contributed to the delay. That being said, the food was absolutely worth the wait. I had the eggplant Parmesan and it was out of this world - rich, flavorful, and beautifully done. Nothing like I have had before. A must I will get again and again. My husband ordered a pizza and it was excellent as well, with that authentic, fresh quality you hope for in a Neapolitan-style pie. While the service left a bit to be desired, the quality of the food more than made up for it. I’d happily recommend Manny’s for the incredible dishes and will definitely return. Next time I’ll just go in with a little extra patience, knowing the food will be well worth it.

Please note: this review is in regard to the service**

One of the worst service I’ve ever experience in a while. There was this server there, that was rolling her eyes because I asked her if we can have a cheese pizza ( I guess she didn’t like I called it cheese pizza, she rolled her eyes and corrected me and said it’s called a margherita. Granted, this is my first time here and not a great start)

She rolled her eyes three times before I got up and told her, I need the check, I’m leaving. That is something that I can’t deal with, someone with a bad attitude and taking it out on people for no reason.

I told the manager and she said that she’s been here since the beginning and she’s super nice. Well, here’s the review that makes that statement false.

The manager could care less what I had to say and pretty much took the side of the rude server. I guess, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person who has experienced this at Mannys.( read further in the reviews)

My daughter and I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable at this place.

I went up to this server and told her I didn’t like her attitude, she smirked at me and walked away. Even her fellow server asked her what’s wrong, and left her with without saying a word to her. If you are having a bad day, take the day off!

If you are new to the area or from out of town, stay far away. You get more than pizza here, an extra side of...

Manny's Cucina Napoletana restaurant in Melbourne was an unexpected yet delightful surprise to eat such authentic and delicious food made by Chef Manny. It's our go to Italian restaurant that has great service, charming ambience and delicious food every time we've been there. It's like eating at the home of your Italian grandmother except in this case it's Manny. The food is sublime, delicious, simple yet refined. We had their individual pizzas which are made to perfection and we had no leftovers to take home. We've vowed to try every dish on the menu knowing that we'll never be disappointed as long as Chef Manny is in the kitchen. They make all their own pastas and breads. We finally had a dessert, it was the Millefoglie a crema di lemoncello e fragole, so light and scrumptious, it melted in your mouth. Other dishes we've enjoyed were the Rigatoni Zucchini Gamberi e Pesto, Pappardelle ai Funghi Porcini Salsiccia e Tartufo which were to die for. Manny and his staff of waitresses and Pizza chefs are the friendliest people and the service is excellent. If you haven't been to Manny's for Italian food you won't regret it. Manny, perhaps you can start a Customer Loyalty program whereby you give your customers one free entree after 10 visits with a purchase of $25 or more. We'll be the first in line to sign up. Think about it. Manny's Cucina Napoletana in Melbourne is the "REAL" deal!...

Today I ordered spaghetti and added a side of meatballs. Also tried to order sausage as a extra Side. Unfortunately they do not sell Italian sausage. Food came out was a little bit small for the portion. Left still hungry I will say The meatballs were spot on. The sauce was very good budge way too sweet. 20 minutes after eating I still have a sweet taste in my mouth. Four a $20 spaghetti with two meatball lunch I think it is overpriced. If owners take it as good criticism to learn off of this will be a good please to eat and will be open a very long time. Just need to add little more spaghetti on the plate and add a third meatballs or make the two bigger. And doll down the sweetness in the spaghetti sauce. If I would’ve just ordered spaghetti I probably would’ve been angry paying $11 plus drink for the amount of spaghetti That I received small plate small amount of spaghetti. Restaurants usually run by a 30% rule I understand there’s inflation right now And price of food is going up. But spaghetti does not cost that much to be putting that little on a plane. I think if you adjust these little thangs and add a decent garlic bread and the option of Italian sausage and doll down the sweetness of the spaghetti sauce taste is on point but sweetness lingers and lingers and adjusting portion for amount being charged. You will be a very successful business for...
