Update: September 29, 2023 - I came back again and had a positive experience. The prices are reasonable, and the chicken salad is still excellent. If you're looking for good chicken salad, this is definitely the place to get it. I'd recommend getting the 32oz container, because the 8oz and 16oz won't be enough.

Original Review: I've been able to try the chicken salad here one time. It was amazing. Quite possibly the best chicken salad I've ever had. It had a great smokey flavor, a nice sweetness to it, and an overall amazing flavor profile. Unfortunately, I've been unable to get it again because they are seemingly never open.

Even today, after looking at their hours (which I honestly feel are absolutely horrible), I stopped by at 12:40pm during posted business hours to find they were again not open. Not terrible, but not for me. Would’ve rated 3 stars, but the operator informed me I couldn’t get a refund… then proceeded to tell me that “If we could give refunds for someone not liking the food then we would be out of business” okay… your business is not my issue. I spent over 30 dollars for chicken salad, I did not enjoy it, and I am an unsatisfied customer. Any other business would have no problem...

My grandmother taught me to make chicken salad many years ago and I started making mine with smoked chicken about 6 years ago. I really wanted to like this, it's close to my work and I like chicken salad. Unfortunately, the sweet far outweighed the savory or smoky and I didn't really like it.
