B J's Buffalo Style Hot Wings — Restaurant in Memphis

UPDATE 05/26/2023: (Now, I’m giving them one star. I gave this place another chance. I spent $22 dollars on my order and once again, asked for extra crispy wings. When I made it to the window to receive my food, and saw another younger cook, I instantly got upset because I knew that the wings were not going to be how I wanted…And I was right. The chicken was horrible! It was NOT crispy at all. This is my last time spending my money there. I called to speak to the manager and she told me that they can’t cook the wings extra crispy. I was confused by that bc that is what I asked for. I am the customer. That is what I’m paying for, isn’t it? If that was the case, I would’ve went somewhere else. I get sick when wings are too soft. I feel extremely sick now. NEVER going back.)

I’m only giving this place two stars bc sometimes they cook their chicken right, but I wish restaurants would stop hiring younger cooks bc they are either lazy cooks or just can’t cook at all. My orders got messed up three times. These people don’t know how to follow instructions. Yesterday, I asked for fried hard chicken, the chicken was not crispy at all. Made me kind of sick, honestly. I did realize that the guy who gave me my food looked a bit younger. So, I instantly got nervous. Then, I ordered sweet tea mixed with lemonade and got plain tea. It’s very frustrating not getting what you ordered and you pay so much money. I was not pleased yesterday with my order.( A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER) PLEASE STOP HIRING YOUNGER PEOPLE! THEY WILL RUIN...

Absolutely Horrible!... DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! At neither store. Both stores suck!....I REPEAT ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!....Not only does the customer service sucks...but also the food...My wings were old and hard....and completely NOT fresh!......as if they just took some old hard wings and put some old sauce on them....and when I took it back for a refund, they told me they don't do refunds so I asked them to make it over fresh for me....they took the plates of food and told me No.....so I left there emptyhanded with nothing.... after spending over $25.....Their customer service is disgusting with nothing but ugly attitudes....and they do not care about their customers....WARNING: I REPEAT DO NOT SPEND...

Spent $46 cash for food that was NOT Fresh, mind you I’m not asking for a full refund. Not asking for a refund at all. Just for them to make it right. The box clearly says Honey Mild. You can clearly see in the photos they were Honey Hot. I can’t not have hot foods. I bought the food Saturday about 1 hour before closing. Didn’t realize they were closed on Sunday and Monday. I just finished moving so I no longer have the food from Saturday. I still have a receipt and pictures but they don’t want to do anything to even try to make it right. Guy on the phone was rude. I hope someone treats him the same way he talks to people. Not like they actually care about...
