UPDATE 05/26/2023: (Now, I’m giving them one star. I gave this place another chance. I spent $22 dollars on my order and once again, asked for extra crispy wings. When I made it to the window to receive my food, and saw another younger cook, I instantly got upset because I knew that the wings were not going to be how I wanted…And I was right. The chicken was horrible! It was NOT crispy at all. This is my last time spending my money there. I called to speak to the manager and she told me that they can’t cook the wings extra crispy. I was confused by that bc that is what I asked for. I am the customer. That is what I’m paying for, isn’t it? If that was the case, I would’ve went somewhere else. I get sick when wings are too soft. I feel extremely sick now. NEVER going back.)
I’m only giving this place two stars bc sometimes they cook their chicken right, but I wish restaurants would stop hiring younger cooks bc they are either lazy cooks or just can’t cook at all. My orders got messed up three times. These people don’t know how to follow instructions. Yesterday, I asked for fried hard chicken, the chicken was not crispy at all. Made me kind of sick, honestly. I did realize that the guy who gave me my food looked a bit younger. So, I instantly got nervous. Then, I ordered sweet tea mixed with lemonade and got plain tea. It’s very frustrating not getting what you ordered and you pay so much money. I was not pleased yesterday with my order.( A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER) PLEASE STOP HIRING YOUNGER PEOPLE! THEY WILL RUIN...

You can clearly see in the photos they were Honey Hot. I can’t not have hot foods. I bought the food Saturday about 1 hour before closing. Didn’t realize they were closed on Sunday and Monday. I just finished moving so I no longer have the food from Saturday. I still have a receipt and pictures but they don’t want to do anything to even try to make it right. Guy on the phone was rude. I hope someone treats him the same way he talks to people. Not like they actually care about...
