I just had the worst experience at this Baskin and Robbins on Union and Belvedere. I went in to get a pre-packed 1/2 gallon of Chocolate Chip ice cream and a quart of Gold medal Ribbon for my sister. After I picked out the 1/2 gallon, the young lady said is there anything else. I said I'd like a quart of Gold Medal Ribbon. She said you know we have that in the 1/2 gallon. I said yes, but I just want a quart and then with a snarky remark, she rolled her eyes and said with a chuckle, they are the same price. I stopped and told her never mind, just the 1/2 gallon please. She then said, I got you! I said no, you don't seem to want to pack a quart of ice cream, and I'd rather you didn't. May I have the 1/2 gallon. She kept on, what is the problem, what is your issue! I said, no issue, I've changed my mind, please come on and give me the 1/2 gallon. She kept muttering under her breath to the young co-worker about to leave "pray for me" as if I was in the wrong. She tossed my change into my hand and I said thank you and I hope you develop a better attitude throughout the day. Her co-worker had to stop her from being even more rude than she already was. I will never return to this store and I hope this young lady gets training in customer service. I don't want anyone to lose their job, but clearly, this employee either needs additional help on Sundays, additional training or a vacation. You are never to let anyone take away your joy and it took me a minute to realize, that she was having a bad day. Too bad for me! But, I love Baskin and Robbins but not this location. ...

Because we continue to pay them to be rude to us, disrespect us, give us very little for our money, and not value us as human being/customers that help keep the business afloat. I went here on Saturday, November 26, 2022, to redeem the birthday scoop on my account. The lady kept saying over and over, "let me know when you are ready to order ma'am." I said okay the first time, but she kept saying it as I was browsing to see what flavor I want, as if she was rushing me. I can't tell if this lady is Indian or Iranian but she was so rude. Once she found out I was trying to redeem the birthday scoop she rudely stated that the scanner is not working. I informed her that it is going to expire tomorrow, is there anything you can do? She said no, go to another baskin robbins. I told her I don't live near a Baskin Robbins. Her response and nonchalant attitude made it very clear that she did not care and wanted me to leave. When are we going to wake up and stop supporting these horrible establishments that does not give us the respect that we deserve? Whatever you do please avoid going to this Baskin Robbins. Do like the lady said... Go to another Baskin Robbins! We are paying $6 for a scoop of ice cream when we can get a whole tub of ice cream from the store for less than or the same amount minus the disrespect and lack of...
Read more#LatePost #CallMayorsActions March of 2021 early morning, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, the lady that possibly own the place with her husband was not wearing a mask or gloves prepping food for the day & taking on the phone, so you could imagine that she had touched phone, then prepared the food. She was annoyed that I there trying to get ice cream. She grabbed the banana for my Sundae with her bare hands & when I addressed the issue, she started an argument. She rang up my food my food & started to fixing the rest of the food. I told her that I wanted my money back because she wasn't wearing gloves & she said that I had to take it. Keep in mind that I didn't touch the food, it was still in her hand because she had fixed it. I called Baskin Robins Headquarters & they said it was nothing that they could do about it. I tried to call the owner, her husband, she always just say he's busy. I called the Mayor's action & they said that this was one of the businesses that they'd heard about. They're still in business doing the same thing. I didn't get my money back & not even from my card company as a dispute. This business should be out of business, I'm going call OSHA because as I read these reviews they're sing the save thing...
