7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Memphis

I really like 7 brew. I come here way too much. Surprisingly I’ve gotten really into their 7 Energy. I never used to be an energy drink girl. But they taste great. The sugar free version tastes exactly the same. I got it with sugar free peach and strawberry syrups. Couldn’t tell the difference. If you come here enough you’re gonna have to go sugar free lol. I like the coffees too. I think my fave is raspberry truffle macchiato. The only thing they can’t quite replicate is the white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. That’s the only thing Starbucks has on them. And cold foam. Starbucks also does cold foam way better. But that’s it.

Friendly service. Endless possibilities. I like to check TikTok and Facebook groups for suggestions. 7 brew has a secret menu you can look up. They’ll try to do anything. They don’t judge. It’s kind of embarrassing to say more than 5 syrups out loud tho.

It’s pretty fast most of the time. Of course I always get stuck in the slowest line. They gave me a free drink as an apology once. But even the slowest line is relatively fast. There was only one time they made me mad with the wait. It took way too long for them to get extra people out there. But that was one time in 987532558 times. I went back the next day. Usually there’s no real wait. They get you in and out. Everyone is friendly. They remade a drink for me one time no problem.

I would also recommend a lemon freeze. So good and indulgent. I have yet to try a milkshake. It’s on the list! I’m also looking forward to their lucky 7 promotion on the 7th of...

I absolutely love the Brew Crew! I have been to this location (Union Avenue) 154 times and I have been disappointed 0 times! I’ve not met a single employee yet that has been rude or that didn’t go above and beyond my expectations! I’ve met managers and only regret not being able to tell them how incredibly awesome they are! It takes great management to have an amazing team of HAPPY employees! I have been at different times of the day and seen many different faces but they all have one thing in common, they smile and do a great job! THEY LOVE THEIR JOB! I look forward to my morning coffees and even a midday tea! I have never had a terrible coffee or drink! I often ask the employees what their favorite energy drink is and am eager to try them or let my sons try them! I can honestly say that I have never experienced great customer service like this CONSISTENTLY! Most places open up and start out great and then all that greatness fades. Not the BREW CREW! Ashley and Chad, you guys are doing a phenomenal job! Shelby, Azaria, Sean, Jordan, Morgan, Kelsey, Riley, Quincy, and the entire team (bc I am still learning names) you guys are the best! You make me enjoy spending my money on coffee and drinks multiple times a day! You set the tone and atmosphere and make it the best part of my day! You are what makes the entire experience great! This place is really interesting. The concept is basically drive through only, although they do have a walk up side window on the western side of the building. They seem to have a ton of employees. There were something to the order of 4 or 5 taking orders and another 6 or 7 inside making coffee. Most of the employees look like young gen Z types. They're all super helpful and friendly which is refreshing in Midtown. Generally, coffee shops here want to hire failed academics who would rather read Foucault and treat you like a mild annoyance. That's not the case here. Even the baristas were waving and smiling as I drove by. Its a really upbeat atmosphere and they love to blast music. Sometimes the zoomers will dance to the music in between orders, which is usually some sort of Drake song (sorry I don't know) or the 80s pop hits of their fathers.
