Subway — Restaurant in Memphis

HORRIBLE SERVICE/HOSTILE MANAGER. Had put in an order on the mobile app at 8:11pm. The stores hours on their website and google said they closed at 9pm. Order goes through and starts the progress bar. Turns out the store is closed with a paper sign on the door with the "updated hours" now closing at 8pm. There is no way to cancel the order and no one there to answer the phone. Came back the following afternoon to ask about the order, hoping to get my sandwiches made that day to resolve it. Manager on duty immediately shot down the idea that an order could have been placed after they had closed and aggressively argued with me for 5 minutes before she would even look at my receipts, screenshots, or email confirmations on the order. Ended calling her higher-up or someone and went through the register trying to look for the order. After all was said and done she still refused to make the order and made it absolutely clear she was not going to do a refund. Was given the Subway corporate number which was a joke and no further help. DO...

I really don't want to give any stars at all. The two girls behind the counter were friendly at first but after we began to order out good things went bad. The first girl began to slap meats and cheeses onto the bread incorrectly (I say this because I've worked for subway before and know the proper way) then they began to mix things up by toasting what was supposed to heated and heating what was supposed to be toasted. Then they didn't inform us that for the new pulled pork they were out of sauce, and they didn't put the full portion if meat on the sandwich. They then put the wrong toppings on the wrong sandwiches and then told us we would have to pay for the sandwich that they had messed up and pay for the one they were going to make in its place. Needless to say we walked out and won't...

First and last time here. Ever. 2 stars only because the guy making my sandwich was at least nice.... There was hair in the black olives... so he picked it out and didn’t say anything. Only reason I knew was because there was also hair in the banana peppers then he said something about it and started to remake my sandwich but didn’t replace the two buckets that had hair in them!! I guess he thought they were ok since he picked the hair out. He started telling the other guy working how it pisses him off that 2 of the girls (can’t remember names) don’t wear their hair nets so this happens all the time! Needless to say I will not be back here. Very unsanitary and the other guy was wearing regular clothes, had headphones in and was on his phone with the same gloves he was making...
