Cevicheria and Grill Chilemon — Restaurant in Memphis

I recently visited Cevichería and Grill Chilemon and was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, they truly made me feel at home.

I started with the pastelitos de carne, and the flavor was absolutely amazing! Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right, they were the perfect way to kick off the meal.

I also tried their spicy sauce, and it added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the food, a must-try for anyone who loves a good kick of flavor.

But the highlight for me was definitely the parrilla mixta. The grilled chicken, meat, and sausage were cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and full of bold, smoky flavor. You can really taste the quality and care they put into their grilling.

Some of the best food in Memphis. I just got back from Mexico and was craving ceviche. I can't even explain how good it was. We got a few other things off the menu, all wonderful. Parilla Mixta on point. They have a green creamy dip that is so good you'll want to dunk everything in it. Salsa is good and spicy. Their hot sauce is fantastic. Service is amazing. My husband said the bathrooms were the cleanest he's ever seen, hah....
