I truly hated to give this location 1 star for service; however, I frequent this location every day and I encountered the worst service today. I ordered a medium with tea extra ice with a splash of lemonade. Michelle the young lady in the drive thru informed me I could not have a splash and she would charge me for a lemonade. I informed her I order this everyday and never have an issue. She over talked me repeatedly about how she was trained and she was not able to fulfill my request. I asked her to get a manager and she proceeded to ask the other young man (Garrett) in drive thru, who informed her it was no big deal and how to enter it. She yelled at him asking if she would get in trouble and repeated to him several times thatās not how I was trained. Again he stated itās no big deal really. When she came to my car she stated he said I can do it, but just know this is not how I was trained. I told her again get the manager since we keep discussing this⦠At this point I told her I would go inside to order and she stated fine! To make matters worse she ran across the parking lot to speak with a manager before I could report her rude attitude and unprofessionalism. I spoke with Terry the manager on duty whom Iāve never encountered a negative experience, who apologized in a manner as if he was brushing me off and didnāt appreciate my business. He stated, āIām not apologizing for the issue with the tea because thatās like comparing a salad and a salad bowl and some restaurants will do the splash and others wonātā. What is that to tell a customer. He did not make eye contact and continued to focus on his computer screen. I felt so dismissed and not valued as a customer. As a manager is this the behavior you model for your employees? We wonder why customer service is so bad in restaurants, well itās starts from the top. As a leader you should never exemplify such behavior regardless if a customer is right or wrong! Completely unacceptable!!! I would love for Alan Arrant the store owner to contact me to further discuss...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreArrived at 8 am ordered a tray of 40 chicken minis they told me 20 mins due to they have to assemble them. I couldn't wait that long for it so I asked about 20 count said 15 mins I said what can they do quickly and they said they are made to order so it wouldn't matter how many I ordered. As the person next to me that was mobile order had no issue. 40 nugget drop in 1 basket is only 4 mins there biscuits only take 6 mins max. I am not sure why they acted like it would take 20 mins to cut the biscuits. I have personally worked there a long time ago and my son works at a different location. Seems like they didnt want to deal with making that many this am. Also there was no line at all so not busy maybe 2 cars in parking lot. Max time for that order should have been no more then 10 mins. Sounds like laziness and or understaffed. Sad thing is we get them every morning but no longer going to that location. Also order 2 30 count nuggets and 3 spicy sandwiches Thursday night chicken was super small mainly just breading and cold. Nuggets were fresh and good. Quality is not of other locations. Also Thursday the girl that took our order had hickies and on her neck and her and another employee talked for 5 mins before...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI shouldnāt have to put extra ice to get actual ice in my ICED sweet tea. I understand you all get ppl who say ālightā ice but that doesnāt mean make it the standard for everyone. People will let you know if they want light ice, please start putting more than just a few pebbles of ice in yāallās iced drinks, I want to actually drink a cold beverage not room temp bcs yall being stingy with ICE ššš½
Edit: ā if the tea was freshly brewed it will still be hot and that was likely the cause of the small amount of ice.ā - owner. Quite literally makes 0 senseā¦.Like?? The store owner response is as if I asked a 3yr old this. If itās freshly brewed it should still get ice not a few pebbles of iceā¦I worked in fast food before you still put ice no matter what unless requested otherwise. Why would you serve hot iced teaā¦see how that doesnāt even sound right. I can tell the difference in melted ice and little to no ice, there was no water separation indicating that the ice had melted. There was quite literally NO ICE in my iced sweet tea š ik itās just tea but like kinda puts ppl off from wanting to come, no wonder wolfcreek is better known for their quality. Yall are closer but smh the extra drive is worth it, and thatās the...
