NAM KING RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Memphis

I ordered some chicken fried rice the day before and it was horrible. Rice tasted like the grill needed to be cleaned a week ago . The rice was even darker /burnt. They would not remake my order once I called to let them know the next day. The lady said i wish you call me yesterday, immediately. I wish WE would stop supporting bootleg Chinese businesses; restaurants & Nail salons . It’s obvious, All they want is your money. The lady said no refund(didn’t ask for one) which I was just trying to get some better tasting rice but that was a big no . I DONT GET IT. I will not be Supporting them EVER again! Tokyo Grill is way better anyway. This is not how you treat customers spending their money, telling them “no refunds, whadda you Wanne me to do”.All I wanted was a remake MAAM. I had a bad experience with this restaurant!! I ordered Singapore Mei Fun but once I got home and ate the meal the food taste burnt!! I called the restaurant to replace the Over Cooked meal. The merchant said that they would replace it. Once I got there they closed the restaurant and had locked the door. My wife called and I was at the restaurant within 5 minutes and was told that they were willing to recook my order. I knocked on the door and was ignored and left standing outside for a few minutes before they responded. They finally let me in but did not want to remake the meal. She stated to me that this is how the food taste because of the sauce however this wasn’t my first time coming to this particular restaurant nor was this my first time having Singapore Mei Fun. I asked the merchants to taste their own food but they refused she smelled the food but she refused to taste the overcook food. Eventually the merchant gave me my money back. This restaurant is super. I love so many of their dishes. The cream cheese won tons are perfect. Their fried rice, steamed dumplings and the hot and sour soup are all delicious. The sauces that go with their dishes are wonderful. Everything I've tried was fresh and yummy. And for take out the food never spills and is still hot when I get home.!

Their customer service is perfection. Every customer is acknowledged immediately. I noticed around Easter that little plastic toy eggs were "hidden" in plain sight to the delight of the small children. I think they had a quarter in them to use in the gumball machine, if it was ok with the parents.

Finally, it is super clean and we'll lighted. The first time I took my sister there, she almost immediately said, "This is the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever seen!"
