This is BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order on the Starbucks app at it said that my order would be ready at 6:26. I get to the location and I try to go inside to get my drinks and the doors are locked. No signs saying that the inside was closed, no direction on where to go or what to do with a mobile order. My only option is to go through the drive thru, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I get up to the speaker and the young lady immediately stopped me and told me that she would be with me shortly. 5 minutes goes by and she then repeats herself as to that she would be with me shortly, still nothing.. and Iâve been in like close to 15 minutes at this point. All of the cars ahead of me had pulled off and one was left at the window, so I waited a few more minutes and still nothing from the employee, so I pulled up the window. As soon as I pull off and pull up to the window, I heard the young lady on the speaker and she immediately took the order of the person behind me. When I got to the window, the young lady inside had me sit there for 7 minutes before she even spoke to me. She tried to hand me somebody elseâs order and when I told her that I had a mobile order and she had me pull around the building so that they could make my order and was very very rude with her response to tell me to do so. I had time to sit in the parking lot and type this whole review and it is 6:50 and I still do not have my drinks. A gentleman comes out to ask me what the name on my order was because they didnât know whoâs order was whoâs. I told him the name on my order and he says âoh itâs right hereâ and runs inside.    Read moreI don't understand why Starbucks thinks that ordering ahead means I want to come in the store and wait. I placed my order 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I skipped the Millington location because I did not want to wait on my order, however, I guess I need to order an hour ahead of time. When I walked in, one barista was sweeping and mopping the floor. There was another behind the counter doing drive-thru and making drive-thru orders. I walked in expecting my order to be prepared and guess what, it wasn't. I sat there and waited, and waited, and waited. The sweeping barista decided to come and prepare it and guess what, they had to stock everything. Then to make matters worse, it didn't even taste right. I order an iced matcha with strawberry cream foam. It tasted like lemonade. My hot matcha latte, was made as a grande, not even filling half of my cup. So not only did I have to wait, my freaking order was not even prepared properly. Then the drive thru barista says "sorry for your wait" in a passive voice. Thanks to them, I was late to work, actually 1 minute late, when I should've been 10 minutes early. Nothing will be done about it, however, I am in my writing reviews and calling corporate phase of life.    Read moreI work third shift so if I stop for coffee its around 6/7pm. In the amount of times I have gone to this location, over half the time they are closed early. I really wish that was an exaggeration. Waiting with three other cars in the drive thru just to drive up to the window and see people inside but a paper on the window saying âtemporary closedâ, this is almost every experience I have with this location . It is ridiculous how many times it has happened recently. Without a sign in the drive thru like other stores how can we keep up with their hours. When this location first opened this was almost every day but they were under staffed so itâs understandable. This time I drove up to the store and saw a good group of people walking in so I thought nothing of the long wait in the drive thru. âMaybe it was just one employee working and they were trying to help the group that just walked in.â Hopefully this changes or they fix the hours on Google. I know my one bad review isnât going to do anything to Starbucks but maybe this will inform upper management of what is going on at this location if they donât already know. Closing at 8:30 is not accurate at this location. This is the last time I go to this location. But hopefully they fix this problem, I know Iâm not the only one that this has...
