Tokyo Grill — Restaurant in Memphis

The food was pretty decent, but don't ask for anything out of the norm for these folks. Also, if you cannot multitask, then don't. I went in and placed my order. The lady who waited on me answered the phone and took a call-in order. I specifically asked for NO RICE. The lady says "ok do you want broccoli instead?" So I said "sure." She rings me up and i wait. Well, my food is ready and I ask to see my order-there's RICE in my order. I told the guy I didn't want rice and they remake my order. When the guy came out, he instructs me to ask for no rice next time. Well no sh*t Sherlock. The lady tries piggyback on what he said. I think I'd know how to order food, but I don't think they understood what I was trying to say. Or maybe ol girl couldn't do more than one thing....

This location has fell off EXTREMELY bad since I last visited months ago. I should’ve known this was a bad food choice when I came in to pick up my food & their was a strong, off putting odor in the establishment. Soon as you walk in, you smell it. Ordered at this location 8/25/22 for dinner, when I woke up the next day I was extremely dizzy and nauseous. It’s 10:38am 8/26 and I’m still filling dizzy. Hoping this passes soon.

My chicken katsu and combination tempura was over fried so it was extremely tough to chew. The sushi didn’t taste bad but it didn’t taste like quality sushi either. Spent $30+ dollars only to eat $3 worth of food b/c I couldn’t get through the meal. Who knows which of the 3 got me sick but I definitely don’t recommend ANYONE eating at...

I have been bummed since I moved to Raleigh I have tried to find really Good House Fried Rice, but no luck. Then the Tokyo Grill Opened up. Not only is The House Fried Rice Good itis GREAT!!!!! I was Going all the way to Collierville to get my Rice on. Now I have found the Best I have ever had. Can't wait to try everything else. I would give it 7 Stars out of 5.
